Était un bon séjour quand même

Onze kamer was te lawaaierig,
Pros:

Onze kamer lag aan de voorzijde. De kamer (kingsize) was leuk en mooi ingericht qua licht en muren. Plezierig was ook dat je 15 minuten gratis massage kreeg en dan nog een half uur voor 30 sol. Ze deed het goed.

Cons:

De kamer lag aan een grote doorgaande straat. De ramen waren maar enkel beglaasd. Wat een lawaai de hele avond en nacht.

Excelente servicio! La atención muy profesional, todo el personal muy servicial y amable. Las comodidades son buenas también - ofrecen agua caliente, estacionamiento y desayuno buffet con buena variedad de opciones. Su servicio ha sido lo más destacado de la estadía. Me ayudaron a coordinar todo el registro de nuestro grupo de 11 personas con anticipación para poder llegar y descansar lo más rápido posible. ¡Incluso nos dieron la facilidad de hacer un pedido de su restaurante y pagar por link para tenerlo listo en nuestra llegada!

Pros:

Tuve q retirarme xq se fue la luz y necesitaba trabajar ni tenía grupo electrógeno solo una lámpara, llegue a almorzar y no había servicio la luz, ni cargar mi equipos, era imposible quedarse con el calor que habia sin ve ventilador entiendo q no es culpa del hotel pero no podía quedarme ahi

Boa localização e atendimento, mas café da manhã simples e sem ar-condicionado.
Pros:

A localização do hotel é boa e central em Chiclayo, próxima à praça principal, onde são oferecidos tours para Sipán e outros atrativos nos arredores da cidade. Os quarto é amplo, limpo e a equipe é muito atenciosa e prestativa.

Cons:

Como ponto negativo, o café da manhã é pouco variado. O quarto não possui ar-condicionado e o ventilador, embora ajude a amenizar a temperatura, é bastante barulhento.
