Soggiorno molto piacevole in una struttura elegante e ben posizionata: perfetta per scoprire Cracovia.
Pros:

La struttura è moderna, pulita e molto accogliente. La posizione è eccellente, a pochi minuti dal centro storico e perfetta per visitare la città a piedi. La camera era confortevole e ben organizzata, e il personale sempre gentile e disponibile.

dieci minuti a piedi dal centro storico e 2 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria ed un grande centro commerciale, la colazione super, hotel splendido , nuovo e moderno pur essendoci riferimenti alla tradizione polacca, molto gusto

Lokalizacja i obsługa witająca gości to klasa światowa wyposażenie hotelu jak i możliwość spędzenia czasu w lobby bardzo duży plus. Podjazd dla taxi vis a vis wyjścia . Super

Zdecydowanie zbyt mała obsługa przy śniadaniu nie nadążająca sprzątać po zagranicznych gościach gdzie poziom kultury jedzenia jest odległy od standardów polskich i po prostu nie nadążali trzeba było siadać przy słabo ogarniętych stolikach .
