Po wielu latach współpracy, mam poczucie głębokiego zawiedzenia i rozczarowania z pobytu, rezygnuje.

Cons:

Pozostawiłem w pokoju (213) słuchawki Beats o sporej wartości. Po dwóch godzinach od wymeldowania ( powróciłem do hotelu) aby odebrać zdeponowany bagaż i pozostawione słuchawki. Poinformowano mnie, iż nie odnaleziono słuchawek. Nie oddzwoniono do mnie w tej sprawie mimo obietnic. Nie uwzględniono również mojego pobytu w programie Accor, z uwagi na rezerwację przez booking, rozumiem zasady. Są to powody dla których rezygnuję z usług tej sieci hotelowej jako wieloletni klient indywidualny oraz korporacyjny.

Everything was great for a short stay
Pros:

I Had a great short stay at Mercure. modern, clean rooms with comfy beds and excellent service. The friendly staff made everything easy. Loved the location and relaxed atmosphere — perfect for a quick city break

Pros:

Wonderful friendly staff. Lovely room. Meticulously clean. Nice bathroom. Amazing location right oppisite the rail station, so convenient for getting train to the Airport which was only about 20 minutes away or could have been 30 mins (allow tine for train delays just in case) Also just opposite the huge mall, Galleria Glokowska. Also not too far from main square. If i went back to krakow, I would happily stay here again

Cons:

Very very minor but I wasnt overly impressed with tne breakfast. Didn't feel the food was of a great quality & did not like much food there. However nice tea & coffee & juices with it. Also in bathroom expected conditioner along with shampoo. Hoteis used to provide this.

This hotel is so close to everything, 10 minute walk to main square, across the road from shopping centre which you walk

Don't choose that hotel, it's the worst I've ever been! It's sort of big fake show of fancy place, inside it's realy poor and low quality of service and rooms, and mostly the staff is unprofessional and disconnected from reality and the costumer basic needs, for example we ate in the hotel restaurant the costs of 700pln when we asked to replace only one dish that wasn't as should be, we got really stupid and non pleasant respond for 80pln dish...
I've never reviewed any hotel but this time i feel i have to inform and let others know that this place not worth your money.
