La amabilidad de todo el personal, sobre todo uno de los camareros en el desayuno.
El desayuno es estilo buffet, hay de todo donde elegir, tanto dulce como salado.

Buen hotel para una visita corta a Bogotá . Es un hotel tipo negocios, pero muy bien todos los servicios. No está cerca de las visitas imperdibles de Bogotá, pero está en una zona residencial muy agradable con cafeterías de moda alrededor.

El restaurante del primer piso, la ensalada tenía duraznos en conserva... no frescos.
The hotel provided a generally comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for getting around. The room was pleasant overall, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of fresh fruit and well-prepared omelettes.
One downside was that the ventilation system was quite noisy. It was also rather easy to hear sounds from neighboring rooms and the corridor, possibly due to noise traveling through the ventilation.

Habitaciones amplias y cómodas, con cero ruido.
Por poner un "pero" el desayuno, para nosotros "occidentales" un poco pobre, sobre todo en el apartado "dulce".
