Yo reservé una habitación y cuando llegué 1 hora después del check in normal. Mi habitación aún no estaba lista, nunca me había sucedido, ni siquiera era que estuviera desocupada, aún estaba ocupada y los administrativos no me daban ninguna solución yo viajaba con mis dos niños pequeños y estábamos muy cansado y ni siquiera para ofrecernos un lugar para esperar o un vaso con agua. Muy mala la solución a su problema que me parece demasiado grande. Indispone desde el momento cero la pasadía en una ciudad
