To much cucarrachas the Dorchester have only hotel water or cold water it don't to get a mixing of cold and warm water.breakfast very bad every day the Sametime...no es higiénico...never go back to that hotel....
Absolutamente nada me gustó. Mala ubicación, pésimo servicio al cliente, desayunos fríos y siempre lo mismo para comer.
Las paredes son como de cartón, absolutamente todo se escucha, otros huéspedes llegaban en la madrugada se metían todos en la misma habitación ponían música, hablaban y se reían y hasta fumaba marihuana lo cual el humo y olor entraba a nuestra habitación, llamaba a recepción para pedir intervención, decían "si ya subimos" pero no hacían nada. Imposible dormir. En cuanto a la habitación llena de cucarachas, ubicada en un lugar peligroso y en lugar de siempre haber alguien en recepción para abrir, la muchacha de la tarde y noche dejaba sola la recepción y no había quien nos abriera. El desayuno siempre los mismo (por lo menos si dieran el huevo preparado diferente pero siempre solo huevo picado), la señora gorda que atendía en lugar de decir buenos días, apenas nos veía lo primero en decir era: "tienen que esperarse, ni siquiera he atendido a los que ya están aquí". No tenían ni café. El servicio al cliente pésimo. No hay nada que pueda rescatar de este lugar.

Cucarachas en la habitación, ruido todo el día de la calle por la ubicación que además es céntrica y el ambiente al rededor no es el más agradable. Personal un poco pedante en ocasiones como la chica que atiende en cocina y la chica de recepción de algunas noches

Es cómodo, para el precio cumple con lo que esperaba. El desayuno es rico y suficiente. El personal es muy amable.
La poca seguridad y las puertas. No te piden registro en recepcion, por ende no saben quien se hospeda a parte de quien hace la reserva.
Las puertas abren con un código que quien sea puede entrar. Se siente inseguro.
Las habitaciones son muy lindas, bueno el desayuno 😊
