Cons:

Que deberían ser más claros con la información del desayuno quienes si aplican o los que no. Nos indicaron la hora del desayuno y nosotros esperando y en vista de que atendían a todos menos a nosotros, preguntamos al personal encargado y ahí fue donde nos indicaron que para nosotros no aplicaba, entonces si deberían ser claros y brindar esa información desde el principio

Muy regular el buen servicio y que todo funcióne bien el fundamental

La ducha sale el chorro para todos lados , y no tíene un buen sonido el TV tampoco tíene internet y el señor de la recepción le falta hacer un curso de servicio al cliente , ya que pedimos unos vasos de vidrio y dijo que no tenia también necesitamos que nos subiera unas bebidas y se negó

Un lugar con facilidad de acceso para todas las zonas a visistar.
Pros:

Las areas comunes se ven limpias, considero que la terraza en el piso 8 podria ofrecer mas servicios a los usuarios

Excelente, excelente atención del personal. Buena ubicación. Cómodo en general. Lo recomiendo!

Cons:

Estábamos en una habitación familiar, la litera o camarote era un poco angosta para mi gusto aunque la verdad NO fue grave, la habitación en general estuvo bastante cómoda y se pudo descansar bien.
