Pros:

Personal was very kind I give some extra money to reception guy. He tried his best. - owner should give him money which they overcharge me. He deserve it.

Cons:

I was payed for premium room with brakefast, they doesn't provide brakefast. Two of us was in room on balkony only one chair. Policy one room one chair, water was cold, wifi wasn't work. We choose stay because our work on description was hairdryer incl. So I choose because was needed for me be ready early in morning. Of course there wasn't. Also restaurant is not there as they sayid on booking. Of course mystakes can happened but they even don't try to help and solve. It's about people and I think this is not a way to manage place. Sure they have also wale up servis. After our race we went sleep before important main racing event and they call us to room just to talk about why we park on front (we leaving every morning soon us we inform them in check in time). Really nonsense.

Pros:

The location was good. It is on the main Sarjapur Road near various shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The bathroom was dirty, and I informed them to clean it, but they did not do it. All the wall paintings were peeled off and looked so dirty. No toilet tissues. No coffee/ Tea in the rooms. Breakfast arranged from outside the hotel. The toilet flush button is only half available. The toilet dustbin was so dirty and rusted.
