Pros:

Light on the jacuzzi didn’t work. Told the staff but they didn’t do nothing. Then the bulb burned and told the staff but didn’t fix it immediately. Told me they were gonna replace it the next day

Pésimo en todo!
Pros:

El hotel no tiene ascensor, es un desastre subir con las maletas, han querido entrar par de veces a la habitación ESTANDO YO ADENTRO, ni siquiera tuvieron la delicadeza de tocar la puerta para preguntar si estaba dentro y al momento de cancelar el servicio, me estaban cobrando 3 producto de la refrigeradora que nunca he usado o consumido, a parte de que para el costo no vale lo que brindan, en general no volvería jamas a éste hotel!
