Pros:

Staff is usually very helpful and the gym is great.

Cons:

We have stayed here many times over the past decade and each time is usually fantastic, but this time fell short. Our room was showing many signs of being in need of an update- we had to call about the toilet not working two times in three days. Our TV didnt work and would randomly turn on by itself and the fridge needed to be unplugged bc it sounded like a jet engine. Many rooms have been updated here but I guess we got an older one that is definitely overdue. Breakfast could be a lot better as it wasnt put out on time, each day was the same exact thing which made it seem like it was all just frozen food being reheated.

The gym was big and beautiful but the weights were cheap and thus was a profound rubber smell all around which deterred me from using it.

I loved how cooperative the staff was and the overall ambience of the hotel.

Cons:

Was disappointed with the massage facilities as the masseuse wasn’t available and her timings start really late around 3 in the afternoon.

Pros:

They recently renovated the hotel as we visit occasionally this place and always stay here due to gym and spa facilities. We had positive experience every time but since they made some changes and the room we stayed was spectacular. The breakfast staff was amazing and all the staff I would say always welcoming and approachable. The service is given 5*. I come to Lahore and staying anywhere else is not possible.. if you visit Lahore then I would recommend this place ONLY to stay and won't regret! 🏨✨😊

As an old customer room and location

Cons:

The pathetic behaviour of the staff, especially room service and help desk, is very rude and non cooperative. In the past I never faced any problem but the last trip was horrible and disturbing.
