I love the restaurant downstairs where I’m able to smoke cigars and enjoy people watching

Absolutely stunning hotel, room was awesome, bed was very comfortable and clean. However, I got the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had because there is a restaurant that turns into a club beneath the hotel that BLASTS music until midnight during the week and 2am on the weekends. I was on the 4th floor and the music was quite literally inside my room. I had to sleep with headphones on, and take 3 sleeping pills to even drown out the non stop EDM Latin based music it was absolutely a nightmare. I love the hotel however I do NOT recommend staying here if you’re on business.

The location is great, close to Brickell and many neighbourhoods. Nice Pool and gym

Solid choice especially if you’re Bonvoy. Super close to tons of restaurants and bars in Brickell, close to the City Center mall, maybe 20min from MIA.

Rooms are fine. Certainly clean, not especially fancy, feels maybe slightly dated. But the AC works and they get the job done. Bit of street noise on weekends but nothing crazy. Bathroom layout was spacious, water pressure and temp were great.

Restaurant and pool bar AMAZING. Fantastic service - totally five star. Really good, solid, comforting food. Staff was amazingly friendly - the manager, Angel, clearly sets the tone- super professional and would come again mainly because of the restaurant team.

We booked this as a business reservation for one of our employees in October. To start, we were never told that the reservation was not actually booked, just held, so the day the employees showed up for their reservation they told us nothing had been paid for, and failed to mention that we needed to bring the card we reserved with. I spent 3 hours back and forth with them on the phone until they finally let me do a credit card authorization.

According to the employees, the staff was lovely and everything was clean.

After they checked out, we were informed that still nothing had been paid for and we needed to do the credit card authorization, which I had already completed 3 days prior. Good thing I downloaded the completed form, because they were going to make me do it again and potentially be charged twice.

Now we are in November, and I have had to call the hotel FIVE TIMES to get an itemized receipt of what we actually paid for, and NO ONE can tell me where it is; they "can't find it". I've been told several times they will call me back with more information, but a week later and I'm still waiting, calling in the meantime with no success. If you're a businessperson/business DO NOT BOOK HERE. They are disorganized and I will never be booking here again, personally or professionally.

This property does a fantastic job of spoiling its guests! Markel has happened to be at the check in when I have stayed and has always been accommodating and professional. Guest services also sent to my room a hand written Thank You card and a bottle of bubbles topping off an already great experience.
The gym is spacious and has lots of cardio and weight lifting options. The pool is also very Miami chic, and has a great bar!
Although I have only tried the restaurant for breakfast (smoothies and coffee) and have not experienced the spa, I suspect they would not disappoint! The property is located in a prime area of Brickell with lots to do within walking distance (even in the summer!). I highly recommend this property as it has everything you need and more. I'll be looking forward to going back soon!
