Room was not practical
Pros:

The room was clean and the location was perfect.

Cons:

The hot water was not working. The room didn't have plugs to charge my devices. Thee only one they pointed out was not working. I had to use the kettle plug for charging.

Très bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Le staff est vraiment très gentil. La chambre qui m'était destinée avait un petit problème technique alors ils m'ont proposé de choisir entre 2 autres chambres surclassées. Très bon accueil.
J'étais au 7e étage donc jolie vue sans être gênée par le resto Estro qui se trouve en rooftop.

Best stay in Maadi!
Pros:

The receptionists were all amazing! We got the three bedroom apartment which was super comfortable and spacious! The room was cleaned and well maintained.. The hotel is in a great area, next to busy cafes and restaurants!

Very good stay
Pros:

Location, Staff and cleanliness of the hotel is very good - really good value for money

Cons:

Internet Connection is super bad I cannot work any office task as the internet is super slow and cannot take remote calls from Hotel so they really need to improve the internet connectivity facility for their guest and Internet is not that expensive in Egypt may be they need to upgrade their plan or so.

Das Zimmer mit Balkon war neu und sehr schön.
Pros:

Nach anfäglichen Schwierigkeiten wurde alles innerhalb 24 Stunden gelöst.

Cons:

Die Hellhörigkeit der benachtbarten Zimmer.
Ich musste bis spät in der Nacht die Gespräche meiner Nachbarn mit anhören.
Bis ich aufgestanden bin und die Nachbaren darauf hin gewiesen habe. Die alle sehr verständnisvoll waren.
Auch die Bauarbeiten waren nicht von Vorteil.
