房間乾淨舒適,還有個小露台可以看火車,泡湯池可以進去兩個人還不錯,稍微潮濕但房間有除濕機覺得很貼心,早餐好吃,24小時點心吧和遊戲間值得推薦,接待的男性員工親切有禮,唯一小缺點是入住1樓的房間隔音稍差,偶爾會聽到門外的聲音,整體來說還是不錯,體驗感很好,不像評論說的那樣!

房間比較小~
住宿硬體挺好的，附早餐跟24小時的自助吧點心，可惜環境太吵整晚沒辦法睡。窗戶沒有用超強隔音氣密窗，整晚就在數火車過去幾班，後巷設備馬達間隔一個時段就會運轉，聲音感覺就在房間裡面。
cp值超高，停車位只有五個，停滿後要到斜對面配合停車場，飯店會負擔一天100元
價格低廉，還有24小時點心吧，房間雖然真的比較小，但是浴缸很大，溫泉泡的很舒服
真的沒有甚麼好挑剔
去礁溪現在都考慮這家飯店

門口停車位只有5位
滿了就要停到配合的停車場 步行約5～6分鐘

早餐提供到10點，9點半下去已經都空了…也沒有人補上
環境乾淨,服務良好.
推薦的點是有歡樂吧有熱飲、冷飲，還有遊戲區。
但環境已經比較舊ㄧ點悶一點，還有溫泉流出的速度比較慢。整條體來說還算不錯！
隔壁房間到了清晨三,四點還在講話，幾乎一晚沒睡好。
應該是翻新的飯店，整修的非常用心，舒服乾淨的飯店
隔音非常非常差的房間，床頭的牆面就是隔壁浴缸，能清楚聽見泡澡的水聲還有水管經過的巨大馬達聲音，走廊和其它客房的說話聲音很清楚，猶如在我床邊！房間老舊，而且菸味會飄進房間內，很糟糕！！只有早餐還可以
溫泉池入水速度稍慢，其他都還可以。
溫泉浴缸頗大，還有免費的點心跟飲料在一樓供取用，很棒～
停車位子非常少，配合停車場要走到轉運站，當下聽到很傻眼很不方便，24小時有點心吧！但實在沒什麼東西，房間ㄧ進門就非常悶濕，空間非常小，床是兩張單人床拼起來的又硬，因為濕氣重被子不通風，浴缸很不乾淨，認真洗了三次才比較安心，不然很多肉眼可見的飄浮屑（浴缸側邊小平台還有泡泡），熱水慢熱還不是很熱。平日要1600多元，超級不值！很爛！要先google才對！
