I spent 5 days here and everything exceeded expectations. The accommodations are spotless and very well maintained. The rooms and beds are extremely comfortable — the mattresses felt brand new.

Breakfast each morning was delicious and a great way to start the day. I traveled from Canada and felt completely safe the entire time. The location in Cerritos, a peaceful suburb of Pereira, is both beautiful and secure — perfect for visitors looking for a calm retreat.

Special thanks to David and the team for their warm hospitality. The sauna, cold plunge, and pool were excellent additions that made the experience even more relaxing. I truly have nothing negative to say and would highly recommend this place to any tourist visiting the area.

Unfortunately the place did not meet our expectations. Overall, the hotel is extremly overpriced for the level of service we received. Not recomended.

We were here a year ago when Luis and wife were present and giving a superb and excellent service, caring for the guests. Loved the place then.
Now it is my last choice on booking or recommending this hotel.
This place may be now under new management.
At time of check in was fast and no issues since we were here before. We solicited SPA and massage services for next day by noon.
For breakfast time next day we were asking to have our breakfast on our balcony via wasap as they recommended at check in time the night before from the lady in charge. There were only two of the suits occupied including ours in the entire property, we were told that we better head down to the dinning room just to get the menu because they were jammed and extremely busy. When after 1 hr by 10 am such menu was sent by Wassap.
They finally decided to be kind and bring our breakfasts which they were missing the coffees, butter and napkins. While having our beautiful breakfast one of the ladies from the kitchen was walking throughout the property spitting all over the place right in our presence.
After 2pm we requested clean towels noticing that our breakfasts piled up dishes were still in our balcony table.
We waited for the towels for a while. We had to go downstairs with our dirty towels, dirty dishes from our balcony and request those new clean towels again.
After 40 min we finally got our stiff hard towels.
The very next day we were doubting on requesting anything
