Pros:

Come prima cosa direi il cibo. Specialmente per cena c'era veramente l'imbarazzo della scelta al buffet degli antipasti. Tutto preparato con estrema cura del dettaglio! Inoltre mi è piaciuta la possibilità di avere a disposizione l'autobus gratuitamente offerto dall'hotel, anche se passa solamente 2 volte al giorno. Però ci si può recare al paese vicino per maggiori spostamenti. E pure i ticket per salire le cabinovie più vicine.
Il personale è davvero molto gentile e carino

Non mi è piaciuto che non ci sia stato dato subito il guest mobility ticket dopo aver ricevuto la guest mobility card, nonostante avessimo chiesto info su come funzionasse il sistema riguardante lo spostamento con l'autobus. Così la prima volta che abbiamo preso il mezzo pubblico l'autista ci ha rimproverati, perché eravamo sprovvisti del ticket...

Schön. Aber ich würde nicht mehr kommen.
Pros:

Die Lage war schön. Das Personal sehr freundlich.
Sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Abendessen war leider ein Reinfall. Mini Portionen und das Hüftsteak war wie ein Kaugummi.
Frühstück war ok. Aber hat mich auch nicht so überzeugt. Die Semmeln hatten kaum einen Geschmack.

Das W-Lan ging fast nie.

Pros:

De rust en entourage/zwembad/ligweide/sauna, personeel en vooral het diner. Voor half pension was dit meer dan voortreffelijk ( hertenbiefstuk)

Het ontbijt en het avondeten. Zwembad en sauna waren ook erg fijn. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en aardig. Alles ziet er schoon uit.

Cons:

De kamer is wat aan de kleine kant voor 3 personen. Helaas geen koffie en thee op de kamer.

Pros:

Das Abendessen war hervorragend und hat unsere Erwartungen üertroffen. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, um Skiurlaub zu machen. Der Skibus hält vor der Tür. Gutes Schwimmbad und kleiner, aber feiner Wellness-Bereich. Wir haben alles immer sehr sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden.

Cons:

Die ersten zwei Nächte war unser Zimmer etwas kalt, was wir auch so gemeldet haben. Danach war es etwas besser.
