Pros:

Nicht sehr teuer und wenige Parkplätze im Innenhof

Cons:

Zimmer haben keinen Schallschutz. Man hört wirklich jedes Wort vom Nachbarn und auch was sonst noch so um 3 Uhr morgens passiert.
