平日CP值很高。 治安也沒問題。
Pros:

乾濕分離的設計很好。
食和衣的生活機能很好。
在馬偕急診對面，但對外的隔音就很棒，沒有聽到救護車的警示音！

Cons:

不過五樓的房間，聽得到走廊說話聲；這也在所難免。
不知道是不是環保旅館，訂房時沒有提醒，除了提供大浴巾和吹風機外，毛巾和盥洗用品沒有提供。但我也沒向櫃檯詢問，所以就算是我沒注意吧！
但是旁邊有日藥美妝、屈臣氏和便利商店，所以可以補齊。

Cons:

窓付きの部屋を申し込んだが、窓の大きさが30センチくらいの小ささで、隣のビルの壁しか見えなかった。これなら窓無しの部屋でも良かった。（窓付きと窓無しで料金が異なる）
