Perfectly fine for a night stay, wouldn’t recommend for more.
Pros:

Good layout of the rooms. Plenty of windows. Great location in Oceanside.

Cons:

Dirty floors. Couldn’t walk around barefoot without my feet getting black. The owner was incredibly friendly upon check-in and my first day (almost too much so - caught me outside as I was leaving in the evening to see if I needed anything). And then somewhat cold and rushed during checkout. Towels were a bit stained and smelled like detergent but didn’t feel totally clean. Sink slow to drain.

Not worth it. Bad business scammer
Pros:

The host hit me up from his personal line not thru app then had me Cash App him 150 deposit for my certified service animal when I requested my deposit back after check out claimed there were damages due to my animal which is untrue. I then read rules and policies and it’s against the law and booking policies to do that. He then said wait for pictures of damages and never sent proof of damages cause there was none then blocked me I never received my deposit bad. Scammer bad business should be kicked out of booking for violating there policies and robbing a customer.

Cons:

The host scammed me and lied and stole my deposit he asked me for via Cash App. Claiming he send pics of alleged damages when there were none place was left spotless he a scammer. Violates policy’s and rules. Unprofessional

Very happy, will stay again.
Pros:

the guest service was excellent. The room met what we expected for such a short notice stay. The mgr was so helpful and concerned about how he could improve the stay. We were very pleased and will stay again here

Cons:

A bigger fridge with a freezer would be nice. Ceiling fans would have helped with the heat. Parking was a little tight. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom needed a little attention (shower faucet handles, sink drain)

Memorable and felt like home
Pros:

My experience was amazing at this hotel, the owners were the kindest people I’ve met throughout any of my travel experiences.. and I travel a lot! Location was top notch, walking distance to the beach and pier, cool coffee shops, restaurants, shops and the neighborhood was beautiful for morning coffee and walks. The owners hospitality was heartwarming, they remembered me by name and were beyond accommodating. It was quiet, bed was very comfortable and parking was always available and on site. I have dubbed this hotel at my go-to for future trips! Can’t wait to stay there again!

Phenomenal property owners, great location, clean rooms, very accommodating
Pros:

The property owner was over the top amazing! So accommodating, kind and very informative. The Property is in an amazing location. The room was extraordinarily clean.

Cons:

I wasn’t crazy about the AC unit, my bed was hidden behind it so I didn’t get the full affect.
