MALA ATENCION DE PARTE DE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN DEL HOTEL

Bonitas las habitaciones y limpias y cómodas.. con aire acondicionado. Buen desayuno

Contrate 02 habitación doble y cuádruple.. pero al llegar me dieron 01 habitacion con 02 camas..no dijeron nada , dejamos las maletas y salimos, despues de 4 horas me llamaron para decirme que hubo un error y que podían movilizar nuestras maletas a otra habitación..les dije que NO PUEDEN HACER ESO DE ENTRAR A NUESTRA HABITACIÓN Y MOVER LAS MALETAS CUANDO ELLOS DISPONGAN,, que nosotros como huéspedes no tenemos la culpa que ellos nos hayan designado esa habitacion y dijeron que si no. Ellos nos cobrarian más, porque esa habitación era de 3 camas...Le pedimos hablar con el administrador, pero nunca nos comunicaron..y la Srta insistió en movernos las maletas,, les dijimos que eramos una familia y que habíamos solicitado tener las dos habitaciones juntas..pero nos querían colocar ,una en el 2do.piso y la otra al 3er.piso.. En la noche al querer usar la ducha de esa habitación, nos dimos con la sorpresa que NO FUNCIONABA LA LLAVE DEL AGUA CALIENTE, no lo arreglaron en ese momento porque era noche ,,situación bastante desagradable..nunca se comunico con nosotros el administrador. LES DIJE QUE PAGARIAMOS LO QUE HABIAMOS CONTRATADO desde Booking, de acuerdo a nuestra reserva..y que no era culpa nuestra que ellos nos hayan designado dicha habitación. LAMENTABLEMENTE ESTO LO CONSIDERO UN ATROPELLO Y MALTRATO y esperemos que " no vuelva a suceder" con otros clientes y que el ADMINISTRADOR del Hotel resuelva dichas situaciones.

Pros:

Instalación y habitación como se muestran en las fotos. Camas super cómodas y confortables. Baño con ducha de agua caliente y tina. Ubicado en sector tranquilo y seguro personal amable y atento la habitación tiene un tv grande con streaming. También hay una nevera con bebidas en la habitación. Ubicado a unos 15 minutos de la Huacachina dependiendo del tráfico

Cons:

El desayuno es bueno pero podrían mejorar. Recomendaría usar cortinas que no permitan el paso de la luz en las habitaciones

Pros:

Agradecemos mucho la hospitalidad. El viaje que realizamos nos demandaba un mínimo de estancia en el hotel, pero el poco tiempo que estuvimos todo estuvo conforme a lo que se encuentra publicado. Ambiente espacioso, agua caliente, todo limpio, no necesitamos wifi, desayuno oportuno desde temprano. Y la amable colaboración del equipo del hotel en todo momento. La ubicación perfecta, cerca a otros hoteles, cafes, trattoria, bodega, farmacia, minimarket, bistrot a pocas cuadras. La zona muy segura. Con señalización desde la avenida La Angostura para poder llegar. Viajamos con mascota y nos brindaron el apoyo para poder preparar los alimentos. Esperamos volver pronto!

Cons:

Nada. Se encuentran en implementación de mejoras/ampliaciones pero no nos causó incomodidad.
