Un endroit parfait pour visiter Minca et les environs
Pros:

Tout était parfait dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très sympathique le petit déjeuner est complet et copieux. La piscine est appréciable. Même si c'est à 10-15 mn de marche du village de Minca des hôtels autour ont des restaurants donc il est possible de manger le soir sans retourner dans le village.

Beautiful nature stay, would book again!
Pros:

Very clean, big bathroom and beautiful balcony where you can hear the river. Free breakfast was great, and everything was super clean.

Cons:

Mosquito net over the bed could be upgraded as it kept slipping and difficult to position and remain in in place, and also WiFi didn’t extend into the bedrooms.

Don’t sell what you don’t have. Listen to what your guest have been telling you for years and fix the floors.

The concept of the cabins.

Cons:

The cabin had gaps in the floor where lots of animals come in (A LOT), and at night even worse. Mold in the bathroom, (at least paint it) there was a piece of roof coming off and a rat can get thru the big hole. A/C wouldn’t cool because of the gaps. No restaurant or bar, the pool is plastic and dirty and nowhere to sit. If you’re not in good shape you won’t be able to get to the pool or your room. I left, I couldn’t sleep with spiders. I didn’t read the reviews, my fault, I lost my money, but all of them mention the gaps on the floor. Terrible, it could be fix so easy cause there is potential, they just don’t care. $80 a night is outrageous for this place.

Nice, quiet but needs more attention
Pros:

Location with shortcuts to Minca pueblo, quite an easy walk. Right next door is a more popular hostel/hotel called costeño so staying at Sweet Harmony has the advantage of being more quite and relaxed while easily accessing the restaurant and amenities of Costeño.

Our room was called Curcuma, it was lovely with a great view and good privacy. A/C was ok and the bed was clean. Towels had some stains, bit I didnt mind much.

Breakfast was nice and simple.

Staff - we only saw two ladies - are nice and friendly but the actual manangement is based in Santa Marta and accesible via whatsapp so dont expect attentive reception with tips & recommendations and suggestions for activities.

This is a nice & clean and quiet accomodation. That’s it. If you expect a “hotel” with more amenities, reception with an infrmation desk etc. this is not for you.

I personally enjoyed the quiet and loved the calm and peace and enjpyed the walks to town. The sccess to the river from thd garden is reallh nice.

Cons:

Bathroom was way too small. I am a small and short woman, But even I would hit the wall or the shower curtain - which was moldy - when I needed to bend to get a shampoo / soap - also because there was no shelf of something to put shampoo on! I really was uncomfortable with the small, moldy, and uncomfortable shower. I spent as little time there as possible. The water pressure was good but the showerhead needs maintenance or replacement, since the water went everywhere except on your head!

Mooie kamer, mooi terras. Mooi uitzicht, leuk zwembadje en je kunt badderen in de rivier. Ok ontbijt. Locatie prima, een minuut of 10 lopen uit het centrum.
