In my opinion, this hotel has a management problem, which is reflected in the staff attitude and the unusual hotel policies. This problem is not the fault of the junior staff, but in my opinion it is the responsibility of the hotel owners. I emphasize that this is only my personal feeling about my own experience, and therefore it may not accurately represent the hotel conditions experienced by other people. I must say to Booking.com: If you honestly want to know more, then you should contact me. I won't waste my time explaining issues here unless I'm sure that your company is paying attention.
