Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Pros:

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und es hat uns wieder super gefallen. Iannis und seine Familie sind ganz tolle Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und geben sich so viel Mühe, dass man seinen Urlaub einfach nur genießen kann. Wir waren dieses Mal in einer Suite im neuen Gebäude und haben sogar ein Upgrade mit privatem Pool bekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll mit gemütlichen Betten.
Das Frühstück wird täglich auf der Terrasse serviert, es gibt eine Auswahl aus 3 Gerichten. Alles sehr lecker. Auch für Kinder eignet sich die Unterkunft super, wir hatten für unsere kleine Tochter alles da was wir brauchten.

Cons:

Die Suiten sind zur Straße hin gebaut, wo öfter Reisebusse lang fahren und die Hunde vom Nachbarn laut bellen. Da lässt es sich leider nicht immer entspannt am privaten Pool liegen.

Absolutely amazing!!!
Pros:

Elea was a truly wonderful experience. The place is beautiful, elegant, and has such a warm atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The environment is friendly and relaxing, perfect for enjoying a great meal.

The people there were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made the whole experience even more special.

As for the food, it was absolutely amazing. Every dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients and care. A fantastic dining experience that I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with beautiful decoration and excellent facilities. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect, peaceful yet convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and comfort to the friendly service and attention to detail. Our stay was perfect and we would happily return again.

Perfect for families
Pros:

Great location, perfect for us with our 1.5 year old. Fab pool and AMAZING breakfast and food. They don’t do dinner but you’re walking distance to some amazing tavernas and the beach. Loved it

Very nice new hotel but location not at all
Pros:

Super new, modern, comfy room. Big balcony. Very friendly service.

Cons:

Cleaning wasn't very accurate. Still had sandy feet after the room was cleaned. Also, didn't get new coffee capsules the whole stay. And the dirty cups were also not exchanged.
The hotel is 15 minutes away from the airport and every plane was crossing the balcony or pool area, which was very loud. Besides that, there was a rather big street where all the tourist busses passed by, so this was an add. Noise factor which was really taking away the holiday mood.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, soigné, avec une très belle piscine. Bien situé, proche mer et rue avec restaurants. Logement correspondant à la description, très propre.

Cons:

Nous étions dans un logement proche de la route : nous n'avons pas profité de la terrasse en raison du bruit de la route. A savoir aussi que l'hôtel est survolé par les avions arrivant à Héraklion. Mais le logement lui-même est très bien insonorisé et on n'entend pas le bruit à l'intérieur.
Pas de salle de sport (il était noté "centre de repise en forme", qui finalement correspond au spa)
