Perfect for families
Pros:

Great location, perfect for us with our 1.5 year old. Fab pool and AMAZING breakfast and food. They don’t do dinner but you’re walking distance to some amazing tavernas and the beach. Loved it

Very nice new hotel but location not at all
Pros:

Super new, modern, comfy room. Big balcony. Very friendly service.

Cons:

Cleaning wasn't very accurate. Still had sandy feet after the room was cleaned. Also, didn't get new coffee capsules the whole stay. And the dirty cups were also not exchanged.
The hotel is 15 minutes away from the airport and every plane was crossing the balcony or pool area, which was very loud. Besides that, there was a rather big street where all the tourist busses passed by, so this was an add. Noise factor which was really taking away the holiday mood.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, soigné, avec une très belle piscine. Bien situé, proche mer et rue avec restaurants. Logement correspondant à la description, très propre.

Cons:

Nous étions dans un logement proche de la route : nous n'avons pas profité de la terrasse en raison du bruit de la route. A savoir aussi que l'hôtel est survolé par les avions arrivant à Héraklion. Mais le logement lui-même est très bien insonorisé et on n'entend pas le bruit à l'intérieur.
Pas de salle de sport (il était noté "centre de repise en forme", qui finalement correspond au spa)

Pros:

Hôtel très charmant avec un excellent service.
Chambre très propre, spacieuse, bien équipée (cuisine) dont une très bonne literie.
Le petit déjeuner ainsi que les autres plats proposés sont excellent.

We had the pleasure of staying at one of the Private Pool Junior Suites & the Junior suite with Balcony at Elèa Concept Hotel & Suites, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.

The design of the entire hotel is simply stunning – modern, minimal, yet warm and perfectly integrated with the natural surroundings. Our suite was beautifully styled, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail carefully thought out. The private pool was a dream – we spent hours just relaxing and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.

But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the people. The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive. From the warm check-in to the little daily touches, you could feel genuine hospitality in everything they did. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, went out of their way to make us feel at home.

Pros:

Seemed like a new property, modern room, food and drinks were good. Expect to pay around 40 euros for breakfast. Aphrodite was great.

Cons:

Some construction noise, we booked private pool room but our pool wasn't so private when there's a surveillance cameras pointing towards it.
