Very good and comfortabel hotel. Service was good and employees very attentive and service minded. It had all I needed for my stay and the restaurant food was a limited menu, but amazing food and quality.

The hotel is located outside the city center, good private parking. When I checked in I was not informed about the free access to the relaxing area (according to one of the other guests, a nice spa area), so I couldn’t use it. The people at the reception where very kind though.
The structure of the hotel is (according to me) in need of renovation, everything looks kind of old including the elevator; the room was clean and the bed comfortable.
Poor service at the restaurant: I couldn’t get a list for ordering the food (the person that served me was not even sure about the prices…), the restaurant room looks much better in the morning when serving breakfast (there was kind of no light in the evening and a “cold feeling”), no one asked me if I needed something else after eating my food (which was decent enough), like a coffee or a dessert. I had to stand up for asking the note that, by the way, I had to pay at the reception of the hotel.
I visited the gym in the morning, it looked quite small for a conference hotel and old, I opted for another gym instead in the city.
I think the hotel is ok if you look a good bed for sleeping, I can’t say anything about the spa because I didn’t have the chance to visit it; all the rest looks to me not good enough for the price I paid for the stay, compared to other hotels in the region.

Dejligt hotel med nem adgangsforhold fra motorvej, men
hotellet ser udvendigt noget medtaget ud. Maling skaller af på vinduer, murværk ser dårligt ud og stier, plæne og bede manglede vedligeholdelse.

Fantastiskt bemötande och service. Bastun uppvärmd mkt fin pool. Mysiga omgivningar och underbara rum. Mkt god frukost. Vi tyckte alla att boendet blev pricken över i:et.

Trevlig personal och mysig miljö.

Saknade kylskåp på rummet🍺, men annars var allt perfekt👍

vi cyklade till Bålsta från Stockholm och det var perfekt avstånd för vår 6 dagars resa. Frukost tråkig som en flygplan frukost PGA COVID! men annars var bra. vacker omgivning vid viken. Super trevlig personal.

Fint hotell, men helt dødt, ingen mennesker der.

Jätte trevlig personal poolen var trevlig maten på hotellet var dock inget o rekommendera

Kanon boende för jobbrelaterade resor. Rent och snyggt, otroligt trevlig personal vilket är ett stort plus. Bra parkering, ligger dock avsides över lag.

Underbart trevligt hotell med god frukost i vacker natur, som ger en toppenstart på dagen. Vi stannade bara en natt, men kan absolut tänka oss att åka tillbaka.

Toppenmottagande i receptionen när vi kom på kvällen av mycket trevlig kvinna. Enkla rum men mycket rent o snyggt, mysig foaje med tända brasor mm. Trevligt med biljardbord , pingis o shuffleboard som man kan roa sig med under kvällen. God frukost med mycket att välja på.

Fantastisk personale. God service. Gode parkeringsforhold.

Ligger fint vid vattnet. Lyhörda rum.

Ren affärsresa varit här innan lugnt och skönt bra frukost
