Pros:

This was our second stay at the hotel, and once again, we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable. We also really enjoyed the food at the restaurant—it was delicious and satisfying. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would happily return again.

Pros:

The treebo back end office showing promotion as pay at property to book room and from the very next day after booking..they are asking for the payment and in my case they have cancelled the room and when I arrive late night it was a worst experience and even receptionist with a badge of treebo dont have direct connection with treebo backend office.So we left the hotel at night without check in and try to find another room for a stay. Even bookig.com have no any control on it.Bad experience

The facility cancelled our booking as the advance amount was not paid. It was clearly mentioned as 'pay at property ' .

Breakfast was only after 0730 am and even coffee was not available at 0630 am also

Booking.com doit revoir ses promesses
Cons:

1 -- D'abord j'ai une question a Booking.com que ca soit Genius 3 ou debutant c'est pareil. Vous dites devenant un genius on peut avoir un arrivée tot ou un depart tard. Rien de tel nous avons payé une demie journée pour un depart tardif.
2 - Il exige une avance. A 10h le jours de notre arrivée je recu un message comme quoi la chambre est annulée faute d'avoir payé l'avance. Sur la reservation de Booking.com il est dit qu'on paye sur place.

3 - L'image de la chambre qu'il y a sur la photo de reservation n'est pas attribué.

En resumé, je suis plus insatisfait de Booking.com que l'hotel lui meme. C'est Booking.com qui est responsable de fausses declarations
