Pros:

location and hotel rooms

Cons:

the staff especially the reception they are there to exploit the situation , even if they have rooms available and we have multiple booking they ask for early checking charges lying about it being fully occupied but as you pay extra, the rooms become available and they ask you to pay for each of your rooms. Cheaters
