The room was not clean on arrival. The cups were dirty, and the walls had several removed stickers with adhesive residue still visible. I am 5’10”, and the mattress was shorter than expected. With a pillow placed at the head, my feet extended beyond the mattress, making it uncomfortable to sleep.
The towels were worn out and should be replaced.
The bathroom, however, was neat and clean. The shower had very high water pressure, which some guests may find excessive, although I personally enjoyed it.

Good and comfortable, Staff in reception are really understanding and good service.
Good to stay with family, with good breakfast.
Parking and slope can be done something but security personal was really good in guiding.
Your service is very poor
Your proving order no after collecting. Only not updating to hotel site. The hotel fellow says no booking at night 11.00 pm and look for other hotel... if you not able to organise why ur doing online business why we have to suffer after paying our money to u....

24 hr room service would have been better
