Fuimos de viaje familiar durante semana santa; tuvimos muy buen servicio y atención todos los días. Muy serviciales, nos ayudaron con recomendaciones y guía durante la estancia. Muy recomendable el lugar y la calidez de las personas del lugar. =)

Tout était parfait, en rénovation mais à des heures normales,
La chambre #6,aurait besoin de matelas plus confortable,2 matelas de 12 cm un par dessus l’autre n’est pas suffisant et toujours déplacés.

It was fine. Reception was sort of odd - no real welcome, no key, or explanation of anything - parking, internet, breakfast, etc. still nice people in general, and quiet and clean, albeit cold at night.

A great place to stay.
Pros:

This hotel is family owned for 40 years and is 100 years old. It has open courtyards and is very colonial in style. The owner and his family treated us like family and made many great suggestions of local places to visit.

Excelente la atención brindada por Andrés su administrador; él se convirtió en nuestro guía y facilitador para aprovechar la visita a Paipa y sus alrededores; su disposición para servir nos pareció invaluable; del sitio no tuvimos quejas aunque es una construcción antigua, nos pareció en condiciones dignas para nuestra estadía.

Pros:

Hotel con una atención extraña. No hay recepción, ni registro de ingreso, no entregan llaves de la habitación. Es una casa vieja, aunque las camas y el baño estaban limpios, los rincones de la habitación estaban llenos de telerañas y arañas. No lo recomiendo.
