I had a wonderful stay at The Westin Cairo Resort, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. They made me feel very comfortable and truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. I really loved the atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the hotel. Everything was clean, relaxing, and exactly what I was looking for.

A big thank you to the entire team for their excellent hospitality. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Everything was super good — clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly.

Very unpleasant stay, the hotel is nice but the staff are very rude, unprofessional and incompetent.

The hotel staff are extremely unprofessional and do not represent the standard this hotel is up to. Check in was supposed to be at 15:00 they checked us in 16:27. Hotel staff fight infront of the guests, are very loud and noisy and have no respect for any guest sleeping or wishing to relax. The garden outside the room was extremely dirty filled with cigeratte buds and empty wrappers. There is no smart tv in the room and the channels on the tv are very limited and unpleasant. Duty managers mohamed youssef and ayman abdelfattah have 0 professionalism in dealing with guests and their hospitality is close to 0. Mohamed youssef was seen yelling at his colleague in the lobby in front of all the guests. Overall the staff is unprofessional, incompetent and do not represent a 5 star rated hotel.

Oasis in the Middle of Cairo. Must Do Reset
Pros:

This property is beautiful, well kept with so much greenery. The rooms are big and spacious and the private garden is a luxury to have especially in the Cairo heat.
The staff was brilliant, super helpful and attentive especially Yoanna at reception.

Cons:

The dinner package is a bit tight considering Mare Social prices, and the fact that we need to pay for the indoor pool is also a consideration.

Cons:

The Half Board option was not worth the additional cost, as it amounted to around EGP 1,800. This additional amount was not clearly mentioned in the offer when we made the booking and selected the Half Board option.

Moreover, when we arrived, we found that the meal prices were very expensive compared to the value provided by the vouchers.

I believe the Half Board conditions, voucher value, and any additional costs should have been clearly communicated at the time of booking so guests could make an informed decision.
