Location is closed malls, Staff is courteous and friendly.

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms one for the newly wed couple and other for myself. Hotel rooms have misty bad odor, Room 314 phone wasn't working. Shower water wasn't draining properly which created a mess. 2nd room no one was picking up the calls for Room service at night. Our son had to walk 3 times to the front desk to ask for the supplies. We all canceled our 2nd day stay becuase of these issues.
