Property is badly managed. Light circuit broke in our room, but wasn’t repaired. Only one towel was provided for two guests and it was smelly. Complimentary breakfast was stale and poor quality

A bit of difficulties with staff due to language barrier. One of the staff asked for tips which is not appropriate .

I would like to bring up a concern about one of the bellboys. When I first arrived, I could not manage smaller bills in local currency. I let the bellboy (Mubashir) know that I will give him a tip later, as I don't have local bills. During my entire stay, whenever I was in the lobby (morning and evening), he would come right in front of me, showing his presence so I could give him a tip. It was very uncomfortable and felt like being harassed. Later, I gave him a tip 3 - 4 times as I had multiple check-ins/check-outs.
I would like to make sure it does not happen to other guests in the hotel.
