Obsługa świetna. Francesco bardzo uprzejmy i profesjonalny. Obsługa zna angielski, co jest zawsze na plus. Zawsze byliśmy powitani z uśmiechem i życzliwością. Blisko do plaży.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can truly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very cozy, and the overall atmosphere made me feel relaxed from the moment I arrived.
What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Everyone was kind and helpful, but I would especially like to highlight Francesco, who was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. His positive attitude and attention to detail made a big difference and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Thank you for such a great experience – I would definitely love to come back!

Skvelý personál, čisté izby. Z terasy je krásny výhľad na Stromboli. Lokalita hotela je super, na skok od centra.
La vicinanza al centro
Ho prenotato una stanza vista mare che non lo era. In realtà si affacciava su una terrazza da dove si vedeva il mare, a cui potevano accedere anche gli altri ospiti.
Inoltre accanto al bollitore ho trovato delle bustine di zucchero e tè usate.
Letto molto scomodo.

Sehr gutes, vielfältiges Frühstück. Zuvorkommendes und sehr freundliches Personal. Wunderschöner Ausblick von der Terasse. Zimmer war kleiner aber fein, man hat alles was man braucht und alles war sauber.
Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig.
The location was excellent with an amazing view. Staff was so lovely and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic.
The rooms are in need of a refurbishment. Beds weren't that comfortable.
Really kind service and people. Own peace , great wiev from own balcony. Special thanks for kind welcome kids and taking care of taxi sevice too❤️ totally recommend to anyone! And a good bed . Perfect ☀️💚❤️💛
