Overall, we enjoyed the great location, staff and the comfortable room.
Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent, and the on‑site restaurants offer very good dining options.
The room was spacious and well lit, providing a comfortable stay.
All additional services requested during our visit (such as floral arrangements and the shuttle) were handled efficiently.
The hotel staff was consistently attentive, always listening to our needs and doing their best to accommodate them.

Cons:

Some services such as late check‑out were priced at a full night (even if we did not sleep).
Although the hotel staff was generally excellent, we occasionally felt the need to follow up to ensure our requests were being handled.
A few items in the room, such as the hair dryer, stopped working at times. However, the hotel first attempted to repair them and then replaced them when needed.
