the staffs are super helpful, we booked a tour and the guide didn't show up, we ask the hotel staffs to help us contact them in local numbers, and ask them for other advices. we didn't try the indian restaurant, but the rest of the bars and restaurants are all very good, the bar has live music, good vibe good cocktail. rooms are big and tidy. they have a gym with more than expected equipments as well, including barbell

I had an excellent stay at Ramada Addis Ababa and was very impressed with the hotel overall. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around Addis Ababa, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and other important areas.

The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.

What really made my stay special was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful, and they genuinely made me feel welcome. I would especially like to thank Youssef at the reception, who was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. He made the check-in and overall experience very smooth and was always ready to assist with a great attitude.

Overall, I highly recommend Ramada Addis Ababa to anyone visiting the city. Great location, comfortable hotel, and excellent staff. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Addis Ababa!

Uma boa hospedagem, mas sem personalidade própria
Pros:

O quarto é bem espaçoso, a cama muito confortável e a roupa de cama muito limpa. O café da manhã, para a categoria do hotel, é bem farto, com muitas opções. O hotel fica no distrito de Bole, que é uma das melhores localizações de Adis-Abeba. No quarto há chaleira com chá e café e são fornecidas garrafas de água todos os dias. O hotel tem um restaurante com pizzas que quebram bem o galho.

Cons:

O hotel é um pouco envelhecido, nota-se especialmente no banheiro. Falta um toque de charme, de algo pessoal no hotel.
