My stay was exceptional.
Facilities were very clean and well kept, and the location was excellent, along Bole area.
Staff were also very friendly all around.
I stayed in a Junior Suite and there was mention of "Access to the Executive Lounge" in Booking.com, however this Ramada facility does not have an Executive Lounge, and this is misleading and should be updated / deleted on the services available.
I really liked the atmosphere, service, and overall experience. Everything was excellent, and I was truly impressed by the hotel. I admired the attention to detail and hospitality.
Honestly, there was nothing significant I didn’t like. Everything met my expectations very well.

Staff were amazing- all the staff were great. When we ordered room service in the morning it came on time and quickly which is important when you are heading out early on tours. The food at the Indian restaurant was very tasty, great cocktails at the bar.

The staff were very good. Melat G, Shalom and Abel were incredibly helpful and making one feel at home. The hotel has everything you need and is at a great location.
I loved everything. They could consider using the Indian restaurant also for the other menus. The seating area of the restaurant is lovely and it is a shame you cannot use it also for pizza and the other food available on the menu.
