Pohodlné spaní, milý personál, vynikající jídlo.

Cons:

Na pokoji bylo dost prachu, křeslo bylo polité od kávy, odpad ve sprše neodtékal a sprchová hlavice byla již dost zanešena vodním kamenem. Vířivka byla celkem studená a některé její části nefungovaly.

Nem volt legkondi, és szúnyogháló a nyitható ablakon. De szerencsére esténként kellemesen lehűlt kint a levegő, és így a szoba hőmérséklete is jó lett.

Je to náš oblíbený hotel a budeme se tam i nadále vracet.
Pros:

Hotel je pěkný, tichý, pěkně vybavený. My využíváme golfové hřiště s překrásnými výhledy.

Cons:

Hotelová restaurace byla i v lepší kondici. Personál se snažil, ale je co zlepšovat.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The entire hotel, including our room, was extremely dated and desperately in need of renovation. The towels were worn out and did not always seem properly clean.

The bathroom offered absolutely no privacy. It had transparent glass panels that could not be covered or closed off, meaning that anyone in the room could see the person showering. The shower itself had mould, green buildup
, and a terrible smell.

Breakfast was equally unacceptable. The selection was very limited, and much of the food was stale and unappetising. The bread and rolls were so stale they were practically inedible, the cakes were dry, and even the vegetables looked tired and far from fresh. During our three-day stay, we barely ate anything at breakfast apart from a little omelette and yoghurt.

Our experience at the hotel restaurant was even worse. The staff spoke very little English, and they completely forgot our child’s dinner order. By the time we realised, they told us that the kitchen had already closed and simply left him without dinner. Their idea of “compensation” was to bring two scoops of ice cream for our family of four while the rest of us were still eating the m
eals we had received. The dinner itself was also neither fresh nor tasty.

This hotel needs a complete renovation and an immediate overhaul of its kitchen and food service. The standard is closer to that of a poor hostel, yet the prices are those of a four-star hotel. I strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

Pros:

Basen oraz sauna w porządku. W obiekcie oraz jego okolicy panował porządek. Pani recepcjonistka, bardzo uprzejma i pomocna. Pomimo przyjazdu po godzinach zameldowania, po wcześniejszym ustaleniu został nam pozostawiony klucz do pokoju w skrytce.

Cons:

Jakość wykonywanego masażu pozostawiając wiele do życzenia, podobnie jak sam wystrój gabinetu, a raczej jego brak. Duża ilość os nie pomagała w swobodnym spożywaniu posiłków.
