Pros:

가든 수영장이 너무 예뻐요. 그에 비해 방 청결은 안 좋아요. 오래 되기도 했지만 전반적으로 깨끗하지는 않아요 그리고 방과 이불이 습하고 눅눅해요 그리고 셔틀이 하루에 한번 밖에 운행 안하고, 그마저도 최대 인원이 8명이에요. 택시도 잘 안 잡혀서 교통이 제일 불편해요 룸서비스나 실내 편의시설이 잘 되어있으면 좋을거 같아요

Definitely not recommended
Pros:

When we check-in, the reception told us they will send the afternoon tea to our room in 30mins. I waited 45 mins and call the reception again. They said will chase the tea but after 1 hr., they still haven’t send us the afternoon tea.

We called for pick up from our villa to reception but no one coming after waiting for 20mins.

The breakfast offer was very bad and the quality was not good.

Overall no service and bad experience. Not worth for such the high cost.

Luxurious and tranquil
Pros:

One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The setting is beautiful, as are the spacious rooms. The pool area was gorgeous, however, could've done with a rail and better non-slip tiling.
Ate twice in the Thai restairant- excellent food.
Breakfast in Creek cafe was plentiful and super selection.
All staff were friendly and very professional.
I would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel as an escape on the mountain
Pros:

We enjoyed the stay. Nice rooms and amenities. Staff was nice. Breakfast could be better with more options and faster refill.

It's a very beautiful place to stay.
Lots of flowers and flow of water.
It takes hard work to maintain it and the staff did a great job. Breakfast was just above average, as I considered good enough.

Nice and helpful staff and beautiful grounds. Very peaceful and quite grounds and the spa was amazing!! However, you’re limited to 4 free waters a day for 2 people in a room. That is not enough. Dining is only open until 7:30 and very hard to call a taxi or order food if you need food later than that. Walls are thin we could hear the person next to us all night long.

Great hotel with very pleasant and friendly staff, pool villas are amazing, hotel restaurant needs a better menu variety and better quality food for this standard of hotel, the only issue I had wasnt to do with hotel directly but the smoke and bugs noise during summer season March-May was very bad.

Pros:

Property was beautiful and very well maintained. The rooms were clean and beddings spot on and comfortable. The shower tiles were a little mildewy. Cud have been cleaned better. Funky smell in the bathroom Mayb coming from the drain. Rain shower didn’t work, tho the regular shower worked fine. We did ask the front desk to send someone to fix it but still didn’t work when we arrived back to our room. We stayed 2 nights so it wasn’t such a big issue. Breakfast was decent. Location was quite far towards the mountain area. 15min to get to the main city road and then another 15-20 to get into the city area. If u r looking for a quite tranquil stay and plan for just an R&R then this wud b a place to stay. We wud recommend this place and go back there if the price is right. If u plan to do a lot of touristy things then plan to stay closer to the city unless u don’t mind the drive. A car is a must if u plan to stay here or u can spend using grab taxi which will cost u.

Rooms were nice but hotel was far from anything and no transpotation. Huge garden but no where to sit and enjoy and just a tour bus stop photo opportunity. Restaurant choice was horrible at hotel and even spa was real dissapointment. Strongly recommend NOT staying here unless you want a break from the world. even pool was cold and unusable with chairs covered by trees and no bar. Staff was unable to offer much assistance but they did try. Hotel was overpriced

Worst hotel experience ever
Pros:

when I checked out ,the bell boy put my luggage in the golf cart with no luggage straps.
the street in the hotel is up and down... my luggage dropped from the golf cart ..far over 1 meter away even my luggage is 14 kg!
-Think why my luggage has many "FRAGILE" sticker on it
I have big cosmetics bag in there and the foundation is broken and also my luggage is not in good condition as before.
P.S I saw centipede in the bedroom.
