Agradable para descansar en estancias no prolongadas

el hotel es realidad está bien lo que me sorprendió que para llegar a él hay que dar vuelta en una calle y como 30 m no tienen pavimento

el personal que labora en el establecimiento es excelente, pero de acuerdo a lo visto y vivido, es insuficiente, se requiere más personal.
No cuenta con áreas verdes por lo que sugiero macetones en todos los espacios disponibles para tener más verdor y flores; eso da una buena vista de las instalaciones.
Me fui muy satisfecho por el trato recibido de todo el personal sin excepción alguna. Todas son personas magníficas.

EL HOTEL NO ES MUY MALO, SIN EMBARGO NO ES TAN RECOMENDABLE, LA CALLE DE ACCESO ES DE TERRACERIA Y LA HABITACIÓN QUE NOS TOCO ES TAN PEQUEÑA QUE EL LAVABO ESTABA DEBAJO DE LA TELEVISIÓN .

Es un hotel queda muy lejos del centro y las calles son sin pavimentar, hotel muy rústico, básico . No contaba con arandelas para colgar las toallas.

El hotel cumple las expectativas de acuerdo al precio, sólo que no hay mucho alrededor para poder comprar cena o cosas como agua, hielo, etc.

No complaints except for the typical poor wifi. Two easy colectivos to Pelenque - easy and cheap. They also had a simple breakfast of toast, jam,cereal and milk. They do laundry. The hotel is in a small neighborhood with a few restaurants. If you want local cooking its here. Very quiet at night but with mosquitoes

The hotel is located off of the beaten path. If you use this hotel, you will need a taxi or a car to get
to the town of Palenque. This is about 3 miles from town.
The hotel staff were more than amazing. I liked our stay and our room with more than adequate.
I personally would stay here again, even if I did not have a car and just use a cab.
The surrounding area was quiet at night and the room was adequately dark to allow sleep.

Las Habitaciones se encuentras muy limpias, el staff es cordial y atento el único probema que tiene es que no es de fácil acceso, lejos del centro de la ciudad

the service was very good and we got help to booking a tour to the ruins and taxis to the bus station. the room was very clean and the ac was good. I would stay there again.

Se publicitar con alberca y es un chapoteadero, el precio razonable no superaría los 800

El agua no estaba caliente, el aire dejo de funcionar, había una lagartija en el cuarto.

This is an excellent hostel/hotel. It is a ways from Palenque, maybe a couple of miles, but the cab fare was only a couple of bucks. Very nice people. Room I stayed in seemed to be brand new. Very comfortable small suite with two rooms and a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, sink, coffee maker, etc. Very satisfied.

El hotel esta ubicado lejos de la zona turistica y comercial.

La atención excelente, lo único complicado fue el llegar al sitio, puesto que el GPS mandaba a otro lugar con la dirección del hotel, sin embargo, el personal hizo todo lo posible para orientarnos. Las instalaciones aún no estaban completas, por lo que nos modificaron el costo por los incovenientes que esto podrían haber generado. Limpio y confortable. Gracias!

Muy mala ubicacion
Personal atento pero desalineado

Primero que nada felicitar a José, nuestro anfitrión, quién desde nuestra llegada fue muy amable y respondió todas nuestras dudas acerca de los atractivos del lugar.
El hotel es bastante básico y está alejado del centro de la ciudad y de la zona arqueológica. El WiFi no sirve muy bien y sólo tenía un canal de TV.
Como hotel de paso para una noche o máximo dos, esta bien.
