Cheap stay, great location
Pros:

The price is quite good considering the location. It’s great the room has a kitchenette. The room is quite basic and small but I had a pleasant stay.

Отель расположен очень удобно, все в пешей доступности. Приветливый персонал, замечательные женщины 😊все чисто. Полотенца меняют каждый день. Отель по цене качество (расположение, цена, чистота) очень даже соответствует, мне кажется я нашла наконец то свей отель для своих поездок по делам в Москву )

Mai piu. Peggior hotel della mia vita.
Pros:

Le donne alla reception non parlano inglese ma sono anche molto maleducate e fanno finta di non sentirti quando parli con loro rispondendo “russian russian”.
La colazione e la cena sono molto scarse, non esiste il buffet ma solo una pietanza a testa da scegliere tra le poche opzioni.
I muri sono così sottili che puoi sentire la tv nella stanza di oltre che alle tubature dello scarico del bagno ad ogni ora.
Per il servizio taxi ovviamente si applicano prezzi diversi a russi e non.
Ho visto ostelli migliori, sicuramente le tre stelle sono dovute alla posizione dell hotel e non alla struttura ed organizzazione in sè.

Pros:

Нормальный отель за свои деньги, особенно для командировочных. Очень удобно, что можно заказать завтрак и ужин и не беспокоиться о еде, если сильно устал после тяжелого дня.

Hotel antigo e não muito bem cuidado. Quarto extremamente pequeno e serviço de limpeza falho. Ficamos por 10 noites e alguns dias não arrumavam o quarto.
Dificuldade muito grande de se comunicar, pois apenas 1 funcionária falava inglês. Quando a funcionária não estava, a comunicação era impossível. Nem o básico.
A região é boa, fácil acesso ao centro e ao metro.

Quarto sem black out, ar condicionado funcionava somente o vento, deixando o quarto muito quente no verão, e carpet com bastante mofo, deixando todos os hóspedes com bastante alergia.

Reservamos via Expedia um quarto tipo "Suite Superior - Superior Room", com antecedência de mais de 8 meses. Ao chegarmos no hotel, surpresa: nos alocaram numa suíte simples, tão pequena que mal cabiam as malas. Cortina que fechava só até a metade. Banheiro pequeno. E 3 andares para subir de escada. café da manhã muito ruim, que só comemos um dia, pois não valia a pena. Atendentes não falavam um mínimo de inglês, somente russo. Decepção total...
