Pros:

Еле заселился, номер телефона не доступен, в квартире грязь ужасная, посуды нет, чайник не рабочий, плитка двух комфорочная работала одна комфорка и еле грела, микроволновки нет, бойлер сломан и просто лежал в сан.узле, постельного белья не было, вода в бассейне ледяная, на третий день отдыха квартиру затопило на 10-15см(обнаружил как вернулся но есть плюс квартиру просто отмыло и стало в разы чище) на просьбу переселить в другую был почти послан, первые два дня пока меня не было дома кто-то заходил и рылся в вещах но убедившись что ценного не чего не оставляю заходить и рытся перестали, тараканы огромные, администрации спасибо что заселили в принципе т.к то что забронировал и оплатил просто не доступно.

Pros:

I did not get the apartment that I booked, was promised to move but that never happened. I booked a 1bedroom and paid for a 1bedroom but was put in a studio instead. I called Orbitz call center twice to try and help me but no luck. I was very unhappy with the service from Orbitz and Sharm Holidays. I would like to know if I will be refunded seeing that I paid for a 1bedroom and due to a mistake made by Orbitz I got a studio instead. Overall the apartment was dirty and we had maintenance problems the whole 11days we where there. 1st time that I was so disappointed in Orbitz.
