La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, esta cerca a muchos locales de panaderias, bares, tiendas, casas de cambio. El desayuno esta bien, incluye fruta, jugo, pan, huevos revueltos, arepa, pan, mantequilla y mermelada.
Con respecto a la limpieza, puede mejorar, al momento que nos entregaron la habitación todo conforme, al dia siguiente se le hizo notar detalles que pueden mejorar.
Excelente servicio y todas las instalaciones muy limpias.

The hotel has an excellent location, with plenty of parks, restaurants, pharmacies, bars, and supermarkets nearby.
Apparently, there's an aggressive cost-cutting process going on at the hotel. The facilities need maintenance, and the staff, although very friendly and responsive, seems to be overworked.
The rooms are small and very basic. They need better sound insulation, as I could even hear water flowing in the next room. Additionally, the "liquid soap" in the bathroom was way too watery (apparently diluted with water). Breakfast was a disappointment—they literally serve you what is left from a limited selection of fruits, eggs, bread, arepas, and sausage. You have no option to choose what you want; you simply get whatever you are given. Some days, they even ran out of coffee.
Another thing I did not like: I booked for a large family group, and they contacted me prior to my stay (through WhatsApp, not the official Booking messaging system) demanding I pay one night beforehand. I had no issue with paying in advance, but they overcharged me a 6% commission on that night due to bank fees I am not responsible for. I lost that money and had no option but to accept it because they threatened to cancel the entire booking if I did not pay before arriving.
Again, these are management deficiencies, not the fault of the staff.

El Hotel está ubicado en un punto estratégico para movilizarse con buen acceso a la 70 y cerca de restaurantes, sus instalaciones de lo mejor bien cuidadas y limpias, su personal súper amables y con buena disposición a resolver cualquier inconveniente en especial el Sr Camilo, los desayunos buenos y variados todos los días, lo recomiendo y volvería a este hospedaje.
