Ideal for people who don’t speak good spanish. Helpful staff.
Pros:

The personal speaks english and are very helpful, comfortable facilities, warm water, beautiful view towards mountains and close to the main square. Jessica is very nice 👍🏻

Cons:

Cheaper tours and breakfast would be nice & more local music in common areas.

Good social atmosphere and super lovely and helpful staff! Also liked that reception was 24/7.

Cons:

The 6 bed female dorm smelt very damp throughout my stay which was unpleasant and the bed had a big dent in the middle making it quite uncomfortable. Also noticed that the general cost of services such as the tours, bar, laundry etc were very high. All are far cheaper elsewhere.
