Ein toller entspannter Ort mit nettem
Pros:

Wunderbare Lage auf einem Hügel mit Blick ins Tal und auf die Berge. Liebevoller Service an der Rezeption - alle waren sehr nett, auch unser Host Nicolas. Kostenloser Spanischunterricht ist toll, gern mehr davon.

Cons:

Die Ankündigungen der Aktivitäten kann etwas spät, zB Süssigkeiten-Probe gestern.

Pros:

Der Außenbereich war herrlich (toller Ausblick). Super guter Service, das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Wir wurden sehr gut zu Touren beraten und konnten Tickets teilweise im Hostel schon kaufen.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war im Keller und daher etwas kälter, die dünnen Decken haben einen Nachts nicht warm gehalten.

Me cobraron doble vez el consumo de un desayuno que ya había pagado, entregué soportes del débito que hicieron en mi cuenta, de demoraron 2 días en supuesta revisión y al hacer checkout seguían revisando sin concluir nada, me hicieron esperar mucho para el checkout hasta que tomé la decisión de regalarles esa plata con tal de poderme ir porque vi que no resolvían y a mi si se me hacia tarde.

Relaxed and chilled hostel with a great view
Pros:

We had a really nice stay at the hostel. The staff is super nice and helpful, Jefer and Maya gave us lots of tips for our stay in Salento. Would come back any time!

Pros:

Great hostel to meet other travellers, staff were very friendly and helpful and activity everyday in the bar area. Location is great and the views are beautiful.

Cons:

I was in a downstairs female dorm which was a bit damp. Could do with a humidifier to help with this.
I do understand it cant always be helped due to the old building and rain and I still slept well in comfy beds.

Stay away from the dorm covered in mold
Pros:

I liked the staff, especially Nicolas and Ali. And I liked the outer area with the view and the fact there is a cowork room as well.

Cons:

The 6-bed female dorm (and a few more) was on the basement level and it was humid and covered in mold. The blanket was dirty and possibly moldy too. It was really gross. I couldn’t sleep knowing there is moldy wall next to my head. I wished I booked just one night instead of 3. If hygiene saw it I think they would close it down. The kitchen was also very meh. You can get much better accommodation for this money.

Pros:

If you like loud people that slam doors and lockers in the middle of the night and speak in the room while everyone tries to sleep, this is the place for you. Antisocial behaviour and cold atmosphere overall.
