Fantastycznie położony hostel, w centrum miasta. Obsługa wyróżniała się uprzejmością i zawsze można było na nią liczyć. Pokój bardzo czysty, gorąca woda, suszarka.

Pros:

È un hotel moderno e in posizione centrale. Dalla terrazza si può ammirare lo splendido panorama del centro di Arequipa.

Lo staff è molto gentile, ci è stato offerto un upgrade gratuito della stanza (davvero apprezzato) e abbiamo potuto depositare gli zaini prima di fare il check-in. Oltretutto appena la stanza è stata pronta, siamo stati avvisati e siamo entrati anche prima dell'orario ufficiale.

Hanno preparato per noi un breakfast box, dal momento che il nostro tour partiva prima dell'orario della colazione.

Cons:

Peccato non aver potuto usufruire della colazione in terrazza, dal momento che viene servita solamente dalle 7.30 in avanti.

24/7 sehr höfliches, hilfsbereites und entgegenkommendes Personal am Empfang, schmackhaftes Frühstück, schöne, zentrale Lage, Gepäck konnte jederzeit vor Check-in und nach Check-out sicher abgestellt werden.

Cons:

Schimmelgeruch im Bad, da es kein Fenster gab.

Breakfast box is practical when you have tour in the morning as breakfast starts at 7:30 which is too late for many of the tours.

Cons:

If you arrive very early (before 6AM), for example from Puno, they are not really flexible, you have to pay for an extra night just to leave your luggage.

Leider hatten wir keinen ordentlichen Druck in der Warmwasserdusche. Das Treppenhaus aus Metall ist etwas laut.

Un grand merci à Cécile et son équipe qui ont été d’une grande gentillesse et plein de bons conseils tout au long de notre séjour. L'hôtel est vraiment bien placé tout en étant dans une rue calme. La chambre était très propre et le lit très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est bon et complet. Allez y sans hésiter !

No geral, a experiência foi razoável.

A localização é execelente, cama super confortavel.

Cons:

Achei a equipe um pouco despreparada em alguns momentos. Para antecipar o check-in, foi cobrado um valor superior à metade de uma diária, o que considerei muito alto.
Além disso, no dia da chegada, nos cobraram o café da manhã antes mesmo de entrarmos no quarto. Como nossa reserva incluía 4 diárias com café da manhã e, devido ao horário dos passeios, conseguimos tomar café no hotel apenas uma vez durante toda a estadia, não achei justo pagar um café extra na chegada. Após reclamar, entenderam a situação e devolveram o valor cobrado, o que foi um ponto positivo.
O café da manhã é bem simples e poderia ter mais variedade. No geral, a experiência foi razoável, mas acredito que a equipe precisa de mais preparo e que a política de cobranças poderia ser mais flexível e transparente.
