Don't waste your time. The lobby is classy and the personnel are efficient and nice but the rooms are total garbage (why I am giving a 2 and not lower).
The floor was chipped as were the side tables. Cheapest furniture in a hotel room I have ever stayed out, especially for $600 plus a night. I will not be returning as there are more options in Nashville for those prices. very disappointed when I was trying to give my wife a great get away and we had in such a baron ugly room.

Everything was great until we went to bed. The pillows are like mush and not firm at all and the toilet made noise all night.

This hotel is a 10. Located in the Gulch, friendly staff, beautiful hotel and convenient to lots of shops and restaurants. Able to walk to Broadway too!

Everything from start to finish here was awesome! Staff, food, drinks and room was wonderful! It’s a bit of a walk to Broadway but the peace and quiet was priceless and just a 5 minute UBER or Lyft away!

I loved Thompson Nashville. I'd go back. I shared a few minor suggestions with them but it was a great experience overall.

Room and hotel were excellent—clean, intentional, boutique feel throughout.

Service was even better. Naveed at the front desk… all-time great.

Little details stood out—like the sparkling water tap in the hallway and glass containers in the room. Simple, thoughtful touches that make a difference instead of pushing overpriced bottled water.

Can’t recommend this place enough.

Hotel was cleaned and nice, very helpful from concierge to doorman. The only one we do not like is no fridge and no microwave in rooms so beware of that. Overall nice property

The Thompson Nashville has a Boutique feel, large comfortable rooms, a great bed, excellent breakfast facilities and a fabulous rooftop bar. The location is great easily walkable to many restaurants and bars, as well as shopping. a pleasant 3 or 4 block walk to Broadway . Hotel was quiet, except in the lobby in the morning, mostly do to the popular coffee shop. The place was clean and well maintained with excellent service. I think is a great value for the money.

Despite the hotel being relatively new, my room was dirty and the furniture / lights were worn and did not work well. I was overcharged for the room and it took 7 emails and many texts with the hotel to fix their billing error. The food in the restaurant was good but it has limited hours and is not open for early morning breakfast. There is no food option early morning/late night.

10/10 experience. Clean, safe and easy to get anywhere I needed to go within 10-15 minutes. Valet was on time and quick, easily requested through text and notified when car would be ready. Met at check-in with champagne. Great first impression. Rooftop bar/restaurant was very nice. Lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance. Coffee shop right inside the lobby. Would definitely stay here again.

This is Amy new Nashville go to hotel. Rooftop is amazing; a large suite with city view and even had vinyl record player that worked! I listened to the Beatles and Janis Joplin. Wow. How cool. Nice soaking tub and huge bathroom, closets and comfy bed. Heaven

Best location, excellent restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Great atmosphere with very comfortable beds!
Located close to Vanderbilt hospital a real plus for our family. Friendly and very helpful staff! We will be back!

Overall good hotel. Able to walk to plenty of bars/restaurants/attractions. Well stocked mini fridge. Friendly staff.

Stayed here for a 3 night weekend stay as part of AMEX FHR. Good Amex benefits. Great breakfast options. Awesome bar in the lobby. Food at Marsh House was excellent. Will definitely consider repeating the stay.
