Loved the location, breakfast spread was excellent. Service was great and they even decorated the room for my sister’s birthday

The location is absolutely fantastic — right across from MAYA Lifestyle Shopping Center, yet surprisingly peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. It is the perfect combination of convenience and tranquility, making it incredibly easy to explore Chiang Mai while still having a relaxing place to return to.

I was impressed from the very first moment I arrived. The lobby smelled absolutely wonderful, creating a warm, refreshing, and luxurious first impression. Throughout the stay, it was clear that the hotel pays genuine attention to every detail — from the atmosphere and cleanliness to the beautiful design and, most importantly, the exceptional service provided by the staff. Overall, it was a truly complete and memorable hotel experience.

What deserves special praise is the Front Office team, whose service was outstanding. Everyone was polite, warm, friendly, and always willing to help. From the moment of arrival and check-in, to providing information and assisting throughout the stay, the team consistently made me feel well taken care of. It never felt like I was simply another guest; rather, I genuinely felt welcomed and looked after.

I would especially like to recognize Khun Games, Khun Mild, Khun Froy, Khun Pong, Khun Aum, and Khun Terl. Every one of them demonstrated a high level of professionalism and hospitality. Their communication, tone of voice, smiles, and overall attitude made a wonderful impression. They were attentive, proactive, and always ready to assist, making everything feel effortless and smooth.

What impressed me most was the genuine sincerity behind their service. It did not feel like they were simply performing their duties. Their hospitality felt personal, thoughtful, and sincere, with a clear intention to make guests feel comfortable and valued. That kind of service truly makes a hotel stand out.

The guest room was another highlight. It was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, well organized, and very well maintained. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and inviting. The room was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of traveling or sightseeing, and honestly, it was comfortable enough to make me want to simply stay in and enjoy the hotel.

The swimming pool was another absolute highlight. The view was fantastic, and the atmosphere was wonderfully relaxing. Whether swimming, sitting by the pool, or simply enjoying the view, it was a beautiful place to slow down and enjoy the moment. It definitely added something special to the overall stay.

The hotel also offers a sauna and fitness center, which is a fantastic combination for guests who care about both relaxation and wellness. Being able to work out and then unwind in the sauna is incredibly convenient. It is especially appreciated by guests who want to maintain their normal routine while traveling.

Another feature I particularly appreciated is that the facilities can be used 24 hours a day. This is such a thoughtful and convenient detail, especially for guests with different schedules. Whether you prefer exercising late at night, relaxing at unusual hours, or simply enjoying the facilities whenever it suits you, the flexibility makes the stay much more comfortable.

And then there is the breakfast, which was truly excellent. The quality, taste, and variety of the food were all impressive and made breakfast a wonderful way to start the day. Everything felt well prepared, and the overall dining atmosphere complemented the experience beautifully.

I would also like to give special recognition to Khun Nun, whose attentive and friendly service made breakfast even more comfortable and enjoyable. Her hospitality added a lovely personal touch and made the dining experience feel even more welcoming.

Overall, this is a hotel that genuinely gives you the feeling of “I am being well taken care of.” From the warm welcome by the Front Office team, the beautiful and spotless room, the fantastic swimming pool and views, the sauna and fitness center, the 24-hour access to facilities, to the excellent breakfast — every element comes together beautifully.

It was truly an exceptional and memorable stay, combining a superb location, beautiful surroundings, outstanding cleanliness, excellent facilities, and, most importantly, genuinely warm and professional hospitality.

I would absolutely love to return. If I have the opportunity to visit Chiang Mai again, this hotel will definitely be one of my first choices without hesitation.
