- We regret to inform you that unfortunately we have found it necessary to close our swimming pool from September 1, 2022 onwards to carry out emergency repairs which cannot be postponed.
- We have arranged for our guests to use the swimming pool at the Eastin Tan Hotel Chiang Mai opposite U Nimman Chiang Mai or only 2 minutes’ walk from the hotel with a free of charge drink beside the pool from the chosen selection with our compliments. May we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by these essential repairs and thank you for your kind understanding regarding this matter.

It located only 5 minutes’ drive from the U Nimman Chiang Mai and a free of charge drink beside the pool from the chosen selection with our compliments.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. 2박인데 아침 식사 종류도 다양했고 메뉴도 바뀌었음
예약시 엑스트라베드 요청했는데 체크인시에 없어서 전화로 요청했음. 엑스트라 1인용 어메니티도 다시 요청해야했음.
The terrible noice, went from a corner room to the cheapest one without improvement. No hospitality like the hotel in Chiang Mai where I stayed the week before. This is more a business hotel for one night but not for a relaxing holiday.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Beim Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl, immer wieder neue Sachen und es hat sehr gut geschmeckt.
Unser Zimmer war zur Straße raus und dadurch sehr laut, auch nachts.

位置非常非常非常好，在one nimman買完可以走回去放東西再出門繼續逛。
1.checkin的時候問我們要幾點退房，因為我們不知道可以24hr所以一直很疑惑，員工好像也沒有要解釋的意思，只是一直不耐煩的重複問要幾點退房。
2.看到有人說可以選香皂跟泡澡球，我自己是都沒有，但我們房間也沒有浴缸啦
Beautiful rooftop pool, sauna and gym. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Huge Brea selection.
Not enough sun lounges on one of the days.
We were very disappointed with our stay.
Major issues included:
Extremely loud live music at night (we could not sleep until nearly 1 AM).
Blood stains on the bed sheets.
Rotten fruit provided in the room.
Staff rang our doorbell at 10:30 PM despite the “Do Not Disturb” light being on.
Housekeeping ignored the DND indicator while we were out.
No response from hotel management after we raised these concerns by email.
These problems go beyond minor inconvenience and indicate serious issues in cleanliness, internal communication, and guest respect.
We would not stay here again.
