- In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), starting November 1, Thailand has allowed fully vaccinated travelers who are traveling by air from low-risk and only eligible 63 countries for quarantine-free travel. Travelers entering Thailand under exemption from quarantine scheme will have to take a RT-PCR COVID-19 test once arrive and wait for test result at SHA+ or AQ hotel for 1 night or until negative result will be received.

- We regret to inform you that unfortunately we have found it necessary to close our swimming pool from September 1, 2022 onwards to carry out emergency repairs which cannot be postponed.
- We have arranged for our guests to use the swimming pool at the Eastin Tan Hotel Chiang Mai opposite U Nimman Chiang Mai or only 2 minutes’ walk from the hotel with a free of charge drink beside the pool from the chosen selection with our compliments. May we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by these essential repairs and thank you for your kind understanding regarding this matter.

我們房口門剛好是工作人員進出的地方,偶爾會有進出跟聊天聲音,但還好不是令人困惱的。
location was very good and close to many bars and shops , nice breakfast and very friendly staff
The shower could of been brighter and the glass toilet cubicle would be better not being glass on the bedroom side
The hotel is modern and clean. The breakfast is great and they have a lot of options.
The room layout is weird, you enter and you have a sink and open closet on the right and the shower and toilet on the left next to the bed. The bed was not very comfortable. There is a beer garden across the street that plays loud music even until 1 am. I arrived with some friends after 3 pm to check in and I asked for a late check out and the staff said to me that it was not possible, while to my friends they said that they could have a late check out at 3pm, which after complaining it was given to me. Location is a bit far from the main sites. Price per night was high for the type of hotel that it is.

리셉션이 그렇게 반갑게 환영하는 분위기가 아니었고 마사지 예약시간이 지나도 미리 연락도. 없었고 계속 시간을 미뤄달라고 사정하연서도 시간을 3번이나 모지킴 결국은 취소함.
