Si eres mochilero y no te importan las comodidades, te servirá, si buscas salir de vacaciones con familia y tener comodidades, no es para ti. Primero el Wifi parece que lo comparten desde celular, muy lento y se cuelga, la atención al cliente es mala, el restaurante solo funcionó el 1er día, el 2do día me tuve que ir a comer a la calle, el 3er seguía sin funcionar por qué no estaba el chef pero sin embargo si funcionaba para el staff, en el desayuno por las lluvias dijeron que no estaba, para pedir una cerveza tenía que esperar a las 12 del medio día, el 2do día se fue la luz por más de 4 horas, la habitación tenía una filtración de agua en el techo y para colmo no había agua en todo el hospedaje, y por último en la habitación del costado tenía a la banda fumando marihuana, pese que me vieron que estaba con bebé les llegó. Decidí retirarme la 3era noche pese a que había reservado 4 noches por que cuando hablé con la encargada Marlén, me dijo que no podía aceptar mi queja y que si quería me devolvía la plata, en pocas palabras le dio igual escuchar al cliente. Felizmente me dio la opción de la devolución por qué ya no iba a seguir aguantando este servicio tan poco profesional y completamente improvisado.

La vista del balcón

Cons:

Mala.limpieza 1er noche, llegamos tarde por lo ranto solicité cambio de ropa cama y trajeron unas peores, perdudidas y rotas, próximo día después de nuestro mal rato, se hizo una mejor limoieza de habitacion y ripa de cama, estuvo un poco mejor, pero de todas formas nos cambiamos de hotel.

The Blue Ocean is a wonderful, beautiful, and relaxing place to stay with the entire family.
Pros:

The owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The main reason for staying was because the hotel has beach access, looking out our balcony on the 3rd floor you could see the pool and bar and right behind is the door to the beach. Very beautiful place- the hotel has 12 rooms and we stayed in one of the newer ones that were constructed about a year ago. If we are ever in Mancora i would love to stay here again. The beach area behind was very clean and it was never too crowded, I spent most of the time just relaxing before flying back to Lima. I reach out to the hotel and they reserved transportation to and from the airport (TYL) which is about a 60-70min ride.

Cons:

I enjoyed everything. The only bad thing is that the internet is spotty, but it was to be expected. My son survived so its all good. The cable/satellite service they have is good in case you want to wind down your day with a little tv
