Cons:

Ostavljeno jedno cebe dimenzija koje je polovina bracnog kteveta.Na zidu su vrata koja su od sobe pored i sve se cuje.

Уютный чистый номер, доброжелательный и позитивный персонал
Довольно удобная локация - отель находится совсем рядом с бульваром Короля Александра, широкой улицей с большим количеством транспорта, идущего к центру города. При этом отель прячется чуть в глубине, и потому шум большого проспекта по ночам не мешает

Kahvaltı yoktu ancak restaurantında yediğimiz yemek ve şarap çok güzeldi bizimle ilgilenen personel çok samimi ve güleryüzlü ilgiliydi çok memnun kaldık

Pros:

The room was really big, modern and very clean! The staff was nice and helpful! I had lots of questions and they answer them patiently! They also organize a parking place for my car which was free, I really appreciate that! The location of the hotel is brilliant, just 200m to the tram station (public transport is free for all people 😉) I absolutely recommend the hotel 😊😊

Pros:

Čista soba, veoma ljubazno osoblje i lep ambijent. Sve pohvale za restoran Muskat koji se nalazi u okviru hotela. Izbor hrane je odličan kao i usluga. Došli smo kolima i rezervisali parking mesto ispred hotela koje se dodatno naplaćuje, ali veoma znači. Definitivno ćemo doći ponovo.

Durfte eine Stunde früher ins Zimmer rein.

Cons:

Ich war anfang des Jahres hier, und damals war vieles besser.Ich war richtig enttäucht.
Zimmer war sogar für eine Person zu klein, klima hat nicht funktioniert bei 38 grad, ich habe aber nichts gesagt,weil ich eh nur eine Nacht geblieben bin. Nicht mal ein Glas etc. vorhanden. Für eine Nacht zum durchreise aushaltbar ohne viel Erwartung, sonst nicht empfehlenswert.

Cons:

a scandal, we booked the rooms on booking, first difficulty: finding staff at the reception. someone showed us the rooms, without warning us that the air conditioning was not working (as a reminder, it reaches 40 degrees these days). after several messages, I try to see directly with the staff: still NO ONE! impossible to find staff really. I find the waiter in the kitchen, who tells me that his manager is not there and who indicates that there may be problems at this level at the moment. embarrassed and at our insistence we are given a fan (the only one), which is not even sufficient enough... the window was blocked, anyway I will skip all the very unpleasant details, old hotel by the way, narrow, without elevator, you have to park in the street. move on, you can find much better. nothing to do with the photos!
