nice hotel very close to walls of old city, great friendly & helpful staff. Worth paying for breakfast, very generous

The staff was super nice and place was clean Patcha was extremely helpful took us to another hotel for a night due to hers being full for that night and then picked up our luggage the next morning for us while we went on a extrusion and had our room ready on our return Thank You Patcha

Due to upgrades being made at My Chiang Mai Boutique lodge, our time was split between that hotel and The Warehouse Chiang Mai. The staff at both locations were exceptionally kind and helpful! I wouldn't call this a hugh e d hotel - none of the hotels in Thailand were, but both of these hotels obviously care about their customers. The Warehouse Chiang Mai had the best shower of any hotel we've stayed in!

Shower broken. Still had leftover empty hair conditioner bottle and used razor in the shower.

An amazing stay within walking distance to the old town and markets...staff really stood out and made us feel so welcome..highly recommended for a stay in Chiang Mai. Thank you

This property is located just outside the old city making it very convenient.

The staff is exceptional. Not really any other words for it. From the first person I met all the way until the end, there was not one time when they were not extremely kind and helpful.

Great place to stay and I will be back.

The first night the staff had a party just outside our room. This went until 3am. No sleep at all that night.

Amazing service and food. Only complaint was the shower head was fixed in one position.

OK place to stay but noisy at night time. You cannot hear the water system in the adjacent room when people are using the sink or toilet. Staff are very nice and helpful but the hotel needs a renovation. I would stay somewhere else if I visited Chaing Mai again.

Very Nice Hotel.

The family group that run this hotel really make the difference. Take a lot of care looking after their guests . Even surprised me one day with a gift of my favourite sweets after I’d mentioned day before in passing . Breakfast excellent. Free coffee available all day . Aircon and beds good. I would def use again

We had an amazing visit at the Chiang Mai Boutique Lodge and would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff who work there. Our initial welcome when arriving was so wonderful it really set the tone for the rest of the stay. Very friendly, welcoming and informative but not overbearing at all. Our rooms were spotless and the breakfast on all three mornings were delicious. Amendments to the breakfast were made easily. Throughout our stay all the staff were so friendly and smiley and were always available to help and answer queries (even at 3am when a few gin and tonics hindered our ability to open the front door)! We will be recommending the hotel to all our friends who plan to visit Chiang Mai and will most definitely be returning when we come back. Thank you so much for the best stay. Joanne and Louise x

Good location just outside city walls with v.friendly & helpful staff. Nice pool area to chill out, comfortable bed & great choice at breakfast provided for a pleasant 3 night stay.

Hotel was clean, shower powerful, bed the standard nails :) staff couldnt do enough for you, they knew our room number so adding to the bill and dropping the keys off was no problem. I am not a lover of cats and they had 3 but they kept themselves well away from me. Breakfast was typical and prices at snackbar were very reasonable.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was in an excellent location, just a stone throw away from the central square. We were given a free upgrade to a suite when we arrived, so the room was much larger, very spacious and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, you could select your breakfast options each morning and they also had toast, cereal and fruit as a buffet style at reception, along with free tea and coffee which was available all day. The staff were absolutely amazing, the best customer service we’ve received during our stay in Thailand. The reception staff gave us a glass of water and a cold towel when we arrived, checked us in and went through the main sights on a map with directions from the hotel. The hotel was well maintained and there were bar snacks available to have by the pool. The swimming pool was slightly smaller than it looked in the picture. But it was clean and there were a few sunbeds which were all in good conditions.

This is a lovely hotel where nothing is to much trouble for the staff the management are so freindly they treat you like freinds and again nothing is to much trouble.. this hotel adds to the enjoyment of staying in Chiang Mai and I look forward to seeing the Staff and Management again on our future trips.
