Cons:

I was surprised we were charged for parking. I expect this in big cities were parking space is limited, but was surprised to see this charge in the middle of nowhere.

Pros:

Stayed a week and never saw any cleaning staff
I had to take my own trash to the dumpster and get clean towels from the front desk. Hot tub was broken indoor pool too cold to use, ice machine broken. No where to park with my small trailer

Pros:

This property is located easily off the highway but right next to a Love's (another convenience). The biggest disappointment was that there was little availability for dining options. We ate at the Pizza Hut which was really questionable although the staff looked young, inexperienced but trying and friendly.

Cons:

Too high and the cows were rancid smelling. Ridiculous to charge as much for a place that was next to a cow lot This mess not in the Rocky Mountains or somewhere like that. It is next to where cattle are slaughtered and they were terrible for
