This place did not tell me that if you stay there more than one night they make you check out each day at noon and you cannot return until 9pm at night. Definitely was not convenient. When I tried to come back earlier one night they said I needed to pay more money. Each night I was moved to different rooms which felt weird

汽車旅館好處，停車不用煩惱
Pros:

浴缸很大，可以2人泡，很剛好。地點不錯。去一中街只要15分鐘左右。椅子有點塌了，不好坐😅，蓮蓬頭有點漏水。訂6點入住，客服會一直反覆確認到底幾點入住，這點在外遊玩，會有點麻煩。其他都還算不錯。

房內塑膠瓶裝水2瓶太少
Pros:

房裡的冰箱內只有兩瓶塑膠瓶裝水，一罐小舒跑及一罐維他露p(或是維大力）。如果是休息2-3小時也許還夠，但以過夜來說真的太少。

電話確認時告知沒有指定房型，告訴房務人員那就不要了，結果系統還是扣款，影響整個行程安排！
當天又通知有房，已經另做安排請問如何同時入住2家飯店。請貴公司事後處理延期或取消堅持不願意，黑店一個！

Pros:

訂房後2小時入住，但是接待人員查單耗時約15分鐘。
我太大意了，不該相信hotels.com的信件內容沒打去旅館確認。(確認郵件說:不需打電話確認!但一切都有變數的)

Pros:

房間環境有點老舊，可能是因為連假的關係，房價不便宜(4000元/晚)。
不知道為什麼，訂個房間需要接四通來自旅館的電話，好確認我的入住時間，就說了我不太確定幾點會到，已經跟服務人員表示我會在check-in規定時間晚上六點後才到，結果還要三番兩次的接到詢問電話，實在讓顧客感覺不太好，也不懂這樣詢問的原因為何。
