Rooms are clean and spacious. But noise is definitely a problem. There is no sound insulation between rooms and floors, especially near the bathrooms . At 10pm the room above us decided to run a bath and it was so loud it was like they were in our room with us. They were very noisy - we could hear them talking and jumping and banging around. When they drained the tub it sounded like a waterfall in our room. Same thing happened the next night at midnight but the also ran the jets in the tub on top of it. Not cool. Jetted tubs in hotel rooms shouldn’t be a thing. Especially when there’s no sound insulation like this hotel.
The breakfast buffet was awful. Very small and the food was so bad we couldn’t finish it. The eggs Benedict off the menu was apparently good though.
Pillows were horrible. No substance or support at all. Our bed tilted down at the head of the bed. Really weird.
The pool was over crowded. Only 4 loungers present. Pool towels were tint and thin and hard to come by.
We picked this hotels based on the reviews… which in this case… we don’t understand the high ratings,
Location was convenient for me.
Breakfast was disappointing as it was so expensive! There was no $10 breakfast as advertised - more like 15 to 30. Also, I don't think they changed the sheets even once during my stay! Restaurant was very outdated.

Parking space above ground is very limited and multiple people trying to find parking spaces , under ground parking is 5’5” but not signed until it’s too late and at bottom of the ramp.

Because we used booking.com we were not eligible for the free breakfast (this was not made clear to us). I requested and paid extra for 2 Queen 1 sofa bed, our room did not include a sofa bed and no reimbursement was made. Swimming Pool on main floor, we didn’t want to go back to the hotel room dripping wet and the swim towels were embarrassingly small. We requested robes, said they would check, we waited, no one responded, so we approached the front desk told us they only had 4 robes in the hotel and the guest “just before us” requested them.
