Very welcoming check in and check out staff who call us by name! So nice to return to our second home! The room is very clean, temperature is perfect and the bed is very comfortable! It is difficult to leave but we always look forward to returning! The value is superb and we will always keep Four Points Sherwood Park our first choice!!!

Where to start….had Christmas party in town. We had booked for ourselves. Found out one of our employees needed a place to stay, so I called in and they accommodated us and gave us a good rate. Then day of, the bosses parents needed a room. I went down to the front desk and they were so helpful and got them booked in. So when they would arrive that night they would just get the keys and head up to the room. May I add they were extremely busy with a wedding taking place but made sure I felt I was top priority when dealing with me.
THENNNNN came the check out the next day. We had gone shopping and with the -30 weather couldn’t leave items in the vehicle over night. I came down to get a trolley but none to be found. I asked the front desk if they were gone long and they immediately started to check the cameras while another member was checking all the floors and even the event room. Unfortunately it could not be found. A maintenance/orderly came around asking if he could help. And so he then went disappeared and then came back with a laundry cart. I went and loaded it up with all my Christmas shopping and cases of pop for the holidays. When I came out of my room he was there to help me wheel it to my vehicle and EVEN helped me load it.
Now I know this is a long post but each one of these three workers did not have to do what they did. It could have ended with the front desk saying the trolley was out and didn’t know. But each one made sure to help in their own way. For me to have hauled my Christmas presents. 2 cases of pop. A case of water. Luggage. As well as probably 25 lbs of groceries. This meant a lot so I wouldn’t have to haul it from my room multiple trips.

First time stay at the Sheritan Four Points in Sherwood Park. Extremely impressed wih all aspects of the hotel. Staff well trained. The restaurant was very good. I have stayed at 3 of the 4 hotels right in this area and there is no comparison. The room is perfect and the bed and bedding are super comfortable. When I'm in this area I won't stay at any other hotel why downgrade.

Have stayed here half a dozen times in the last 6 months and quite like it.

Rooms clean and beds good, temperature control can be a challenge and find the rooms overly warm when I get in. Noise of road can also be an issue so try for the carpark side

On property restaurant is pretty good
