Pros:

The location was quite convenient to take a bus or train to all the places I wanted to visit, and there were quite a few local food stores and convenient stores like 7-11, Family Mart nearby. I also like the free usage of washing machine and dryer, as well as the 24-hour refreshment on 2nd floor.

Cons:

The hotel shared the building with other companies, with rooms located on the 7th floor, as such, the lift lobby on the first floor did not look anything like a typical hotel lobby and not very inviting (if you can look beyond that is fine).
I was assigned a room next to the entrance on the 7th floor which was quite noisy when late night guests returned and talked too loud (not the fault of the hotel). I was too lazy to ask for a change of room.
I was also a bit disappointed with the gym which only had a treadmill and stationary cycling machine; no free weights.

Great location for young people!
Pros:

Location snack bar staff laundry all great features. Room and bathroom awesome.

Cons:

Split floors 2 and 7 a bit of a weird layout but it seems to work. Elevators seemed a bit sketchy but they worked too.
