A charming hotel with wonderful service in the heart of Tunis. I would happily stay here again.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at the Royal Victoria Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting downtown Tunis. The location is perfect—right next to the entrance of the Medina and within walking distance of all the main sights.

The hotel is full of charm, with beautiful historic architecture, spotless rooms, and excellent value for money.

The staff truly made the experience. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, from the lovely woman at breakfast to the reception team and cleaning staff.

موقع ممتاز، وطاقم رائع ومتعاون جدا، اقترح الاهتمام بتحسين جودة الطعام، الديكور والتصميم عربي كلاسيكي، بمجرد الوصول للفندق تشعر بالحياة والحركة

كل شيئ كان رائع باستثناء صغر مساحة اللوبي، وهذا طبيعي بسبب القيمة التاريخية للمبنى والذي لم يشيد كفندق، لا يتوفر نادي صحي او بركة سباحة

Camp at it's finest
Pros:

This hotel is the very definition of camp. The decor is so far over the top it borders on the psychedelic. I aopred the detail work in the bathroom, on the ceiling, in the hallways - everywhere. My husband would have preferred a Marriott and if that's your style you probably won't love the Royal Victoria- Ex British Embassy (even the full name !) BUT if you want a fantasy of Tunis at the very entrance to the Medina you will fall in love with the place
