Great hotel in centre of Tunis, perfect location

Excellent location, comfortable room, fantastic decor

Cons:

The hotel is nicely decorated but somehow there is room for improvement. A little attention to a draft coming from the top part of the window and a leak on the corner of the shower. Also, during breakfast people had to ask for bread or cutlery despite staff being present all time. Providing a tourist map would be nice also.

Alles war super zu dem an einer top lange in der altstadt neben der medina,super personal und toller ausblick
Pros:

Ich fand die bunten muster überral an den wänden wunderschön ich habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt . Das personal in allen bereichen war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich

Cons:

Das einzige was mir gefehlt hat beim zimmer service waren ein paar mehr vegetarische/vegane optionen

Pros:

La localisation était idéale et l'ambiance générale est sympa. Le personnel est adorable, 10/10.

Cons:

Coupure d'eau la deuxième nuit qui a duré jusqu'à notre départ, du coup pas d'eau courante et pas beaucoup d'info sur quand est-ce qu'elle allait revenir. Le petit déj était un peu décevant même si la dame qui le servait être extrêmement gentille et m'a préparé un jus d'orange pressée et donné des gâteaux traditionnels sans le demander, vraiment adorable.

Beautiful hotel with extremely friendly and professional people!
Pros:

In general, the staff was really friendly and sweet but on top of that they were also extremely helpful with the many requests that I had when organizing my sisters birthday that was happening during our trip. BIG shout out to Mr. Lotfi who is extremely hospitable, kind and always made an effort to make us comfortable while always maintaining professional. He was also very helpful with the organization of our trip, places to go, etc. which made him very reliable. He definitely played a big part in making this an unforgettable trip for us and we will definitely recommend the hotel to others making a trip to Tunis.

Trotz des verfehlten ersten Eindruckes ein dennoch empfehlenswertes Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.
Lage ist wirklich der Hammer, mitten im Zentrum von Tunis, die wunderschöne Medina ist 5 Schritte weit entfernt.
Ästhetik des Hotels ist wie aussen als auch innen sehr schön.

Cons:

Hotel war am ersten Tag ziemlich unsauber, flecken auf/neben dem Bett, Bettdecke war am ersten Tag nicht da.
Das Badezimmer wurde in einem unsauberen Zustand aufgefunden.
Am nächsten Tag war alles viel sauberer und die Bettwäsche war komplett.
