Staff were polite and professional. The shuttle is complementary. Room was clean.
It was clean, friendly staff, decently good breakfast selection.
My only complaint is the pool and the pool room was too hot. It was more like a sauna.
The hotel is very clean and the breakfast was exceptional with a great variety of choices. The room was a nice size with two full sized beds and a large bathroom. The shower had great water pressure and a good supply of hot water. The room was quiet and dark, perfect for rest.
The hotel shuttle stops at 9:30 so if you are counting on this to get back from a concert downtown you will need to make other arrangements. The fitness room could use a little attention. The treadmill will not run for longer than 20 minutes at a time on the manual setting and it will not maintain an incline. This was frustrating but workable. Also note, the parking is limited and tight. I was traveling with my mother and aunt both in their 70s and the handicap parking was taken up the entire time by vehicles that were not clearly marked as handicapped.

The hotel was very clean and the desk clerk was very helpful and had all the answered to my questions.
That the transfer stopped picking up down town so early
Overall experience was great! There was a minor issue that still need to be addressed properly. The shower door didn’t close and water was getting on the floor. The maintenance repair was a workaround that did not resolve the issue. This could be very Dangerous! We were mindful and paid attention to prevent any accident.
Being surprised by the fees at check out. We were given a different total than what was initially stated. We didn’t order room service either nor we were aware of the parking fees.
