Very pleasant and convenient stay; more reasonable than some of the downtown venues!
Pros:

Breakfast was a nice selection; brand name items; good variety.
Clean gym; clean pool; nice neighborhood.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Pool was only 3ft deep; could do water exercises, but too shallow to swim in - 4.5 ft would have been better for that; understand about safety concerns though.

Not terrible, but a bit disappointing.
Pros:

The young man who checked me in was super friendly, efficient, and helpful; it was a nice area and easy to get downtown; they offered a shuttle to and from Broadway, though the last pick up from Broadway was only 10 pm which is a little early.

Cons:

The safe in my room was broken; the fridge froze everything I put in it; no one ever came to clean my room the entire time I was there despite that I actually called down to make sure they would on the second day and was told they’d send housekeeping up; the carpet had an area that was wet and sticky so I wore shoes the whole time in the room; flat, uncomfortable pillows.

Pros:

I stayed during the ice storm, Fern, and appreciated the fact that management saved my room even though I checked in late. They could have sold it but the manager called me to confirm I needed it instead of just selling it.

Cons:

I think more could have been done to clear the walkways. A flat-nosed shovel could have removed some of the ice

Overall- Pleasant.
Pros:

Overall the place was clean and nice. The breakfast was a very basic hotel provided breakfast. Though, I love when they have waffles. The front staff gentleman was super nice, and he help my husband take these screws out of a toy we bought my son.

Cons:

The beds were a bit more firm then my husband and I like. The breakfast was a very basic hotel provided one, but they didn't have any cream cheese out for the bagels.

Comfortable and convenient but have low expectations for staff.
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable and the shuttle was super helpful.

Cons:

The staff was rude I.e. the cleaning/breakfast people. Also won’t clean room unless your do not disturb is off your door by 8 am. Only got room cleaned once in 4 night stay. Also they clean super early so they make tons of noise so I got up early everyday bc of it. Also shuttle does not stay till 10 like advertised and only certain places can u get picked up.

Everything was good. Shuttle was subpar for Marriott property and the outside noise was loud.
Pros:

Clean up to date rooms, carpet, etc. extremely good bed. Great breakfast, quiche was delicious.

Cons:

Shuttle didn’t have wheelchair access. Shuttle was slow to come. Ended up calling Uber 6-plus times just to get a ride to tours, dinner.

The hotel was super clean and comfortable within walking distance of some stores and not far from downtown. Staff was also very friendly too.

The location was good. Close to most things. The Hotel was always clean and the Staff was very friendly.

The pool is very shallow. Too shallow to swim or do much in. But it was clean and you can splash around in the water.

Pros:

Our only complaint was that the bathroom toilet was very, very low and no bar to help you up and down. We are seniors, but not handicapped, and it was difficult to use the toilet.
