櫃檯人員態度很好而且房間也很不錯很乾淨，晚上一歲的小朋友睡得很好！浴室乾淨小朋友泡澡也很開心～重點是有附設停車場不用再去外面找車位，早上的早餐吃得也不錯廚房阿姨人還很好心的幫忙我們先放兒童座椅！超推

旅館服務人員親切，尤其是早餐區的阿姨，親切有朝氣，讓人一早心情就很好～

房間寬敞乾淨舒適，不過建議房間桌子可以再高一些，不然沙發太高桌子太低較不便用餐，電視訊號也可以再校正好一些，不然看電視節目時畫面偶爾會閃～

Pros:

夜間櫃檯服務人員素質有待加強，外出要求協助關上車庫房門，回房後發現車庫門並未關閉，詢問服務人員竟然強詞奪理，表示他已預先知道我們即將回房便事先將車庫門打開，此舉與事實大相逕庭。不願承認錯誤且胡言亂語，態度實不可取。建議飯店加強人員訓練，要求服務人員誠實面對客戶，不可信口開河搪塞敷衍。
