Le personnel est très sympathique et discret.
Il y a un lave linge disponible au sous-sol.
La salle de bain est confortable.

The service and the location

Really good location - accessible to bus stops and train stations! The room is quite spacious too. The staff were also accomodating.
Their bed was too firm / almost hard, which may be a preference of others.
The location is excellent, situated in a very good neighborhood and extremely close to the metro station, which made exploring the city very convenient. The room and the bathroom were both very spacious, offering plenty of comfort. Furthermore, the staff spoke English fluently, which made check-in and communication very smooth.
Although the room was generally clean, we noticed some maintenance issues. There were visible holes in the walls and even in the bed sheets, which was a bit disappointing given the overall size and potential of the room.

Rooms are nice enough and we enjoyed our stay.
Was nice having a bath. Rooms are clean. Unfortunately we did have a family staying next to us who were extremely loud night after night. Not the fault of the hotel but feel like they need to take more action on this.
Breakfast is very basic unless you want Asian - we ate toast and jam five days running. We did think it was rough that they wanted to charge TWD200 per hour for a late check out after we’d been there for five nights. Other hotels are more accommodating with a free hour or two. They don’t have any seating in the reception area so there’s no option to even sit in the ‘common area’ while you wait for your pick up.

Good location, well connected to the red and orange metro lines. Free laundry (1 washing machine and 1 dryer - mostly occupied though). Room is relatively spacious, bathroom comes with a whirlpool bath tub.
Not very clean. We found a vape and other small items in our cleaned room. Must have been from previous guests. Air was smelly, everything was very run down, carpet floor hasn't seen a proper cleaning in ages.
The breakfast is a joke, you rather go to 7-11 or Family Mart around the corner and get something better. Won't come again.
