Pros:

Hôtel vraiment top. Accueil très chaleureux. Personnel très agréable et à l’écoute. Propreté exceptionnelle. Magnifique piscine. Grand choix au petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Les pâtisseries au petit déjeuner étaient chaque fois sans goût et vraiment très sèches. J’ai même acheté un croûte au pomme avec un café au bar mais c’était dur et mauvais.

Great hotel, friendly staff and close to the Royal Centre for shopping.
Pros:

Great choice of food for breakfast.
Room was very comfortable with good a/c and the best hotel shower I’ve had in years.
Swimming pool was very good.

Perfect 5 star accommodation, near to airport and central Vientiane with wonderful staff
Pros:

Professional business standard hotel in central Vientiane, kind and welcoming staff, hotel exceptionally clean. Excellent WiFi connection.

Cons:

Nothing, it is expensive for local standards but not too expensive as it is 5 star quality

Nous avons aimé la salle de sport, le petit déjeuner et la piscine/spa

Cons:

La vue sur un immeuble en construction et le bruit.
Le wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas dû à un souci avec l’opérateur…
