We had a great stay at this Crowne Plaza. The staff was excellent! From arrival to departure, we felt taken care of. The room was huge and the bathroom had a private commode, a must for a 5-star hotel.
The Elephant Lounge was great, 5-star service. The Mosaic could use some help. They only had one wine list so we had to wait until other tables were done with it, not 5-stars at all. The food was mediocre too.
Overall a great stay. Thank you staff for making our stay extra special.

This was my second time staying at this hotel.
The hotel itself is very clean and bright, and I was really pleased with my first stay — that’s why I decided to come back.
This last time, though, I felt the service was a little less attentive.
The check-in staff were great, and the door staff were very, very helpful — truly excellent.
However, the bar and food area staff, while polite, didn’t feel very genuine to me.
One major issue that really stood out this time was the mosquitoes. They were bad everywhere — in the lobby, the restrooms, and especially outside near the ponds.
The hotel seriously needs to address the mosquito problem to make it more comfortable for guests.
Overall, it’s still a clean and beautiful place, but service consistency and pest control definitely need improvement.

Having travelled for a few weeks and staying in all sorts of accommodation, it was luxury to stay at the Crown Plaza. From the helpful smiling staff to the cleanlimess, choice of food options, swimming pool and quality bedding towels etc I did not want to leave. They even put petals on our bed and presented us with beautiful cakes for our wedding anniversary. I can highly recommend a stay at CP? You wont be disappointed.

Absolutely lovely hotel, modern hotel with beautiful decor in the room and public areas. Staff were beyond friendly. Excellent buffet breakfast and if you dine in the restaurants the food was beyond Excellent. 3 merchants restaurant served incredible food with Excellent service at extremely good value.
