Pros:

Das Hotel ist wirklich super, besonders für Familien. Es ist an alles gedacht und sowohl die Erwachsenen als auch die Kinder können sich erholen. Es gibt eine Kinderbetreuung mit sehr, sehr liebevollem Betreuungspersonal- auch für die ganz Kleinen.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Essen! Das Abendessen wird in einem 3-Gänge-Menü serviert und es schmeckte jedesmal fantastisch. Das Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und auch das Mittag sowie die Brotzeit waren (zumindest an zwei Tagen - an den anderen Tagen waren wir unterwegs) immer sehr lecker!
Die Umgebung ist wahnsinnig schön und lädt zu vielen, vielen Unternehmungen und Wanderungen ein! Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Tolles Hotel mit unglaublich kinderfreundlichem Personal,leckerem Essen und traumhafter Umgebung.Uns hat es so sehr gefallen,dass wir noch während des Aufenthalts für die Sommerferien erneut gebucht haben.

Pros:

The food was incredible. Even better than the years before.
Our waiter was excellent. Aways extrem friendly, we were were happy to see him in the night. Professional but a good sense of humour.

Cons:

The screaming of the kids where unbearable. They have a special area (Toberaum). They they can shout and behave as they like. When our son was small, he was sent straight to the child-area.
But the parents changed, they find it's incredible funny that their children had shouting matches in the restaurant or bar. Good luck to the employees. I would have headache every night. Where are al the adults gone how look properly after the kids. Answers from 5 year boys throwing all the drinks on the floor "My parents pay for all that" made me speechless. Ashame ! But they are parents how deal perfectly with there kids.

Das Hotel ist wirklich toll. Waren schon zum dritten Mal da und kommen sicher wieder. Die Kinder haben einen großen Spielbereich, während die Eltern einen gemütlichen Platz in der Longe mit tollem Panoramablick haben.

Modernes und serviceorientiertes Kinderhotel

Modern und gut ausgestattet Zimmer, Lobby, Kinderspielraum, Speisesaal und Bar. Alles in allem sehr ansprechend, sauber und zum Wohlfühlen. Sehr freundliches und serviceorientiertes Personal, dass auch auf persönliche Wünsche eingangen ist und alles versucht hat diese auch zu erfüllen. Auch für Kleinkinder ist alles was benötigt wird verfügbar und muss nicht von Zuhause mitgebracht werden inkl. umfangreicher HIPP Gläschen-"Bar". Durch das angebotene Rundum-Sorglos-Paket mit AI-Verpflegung, Gästekarte inkl. Bus und Bergbahnen, Kinderbetreuung und und ist es ein wirklich entspannter und erholsamer Urlaub. Besonders ist noch die Küche hervorzuheben, welche wirklich abwechslungsreich, lecker und raffiniert war! Danke an das Team, wir werden sicher wiederkommen!
